And all because with such an influx of visitors, only two specialists work, one cashier turns everyone around, because there is no currency, respectively, the queue moves quickly, but to pick up the card, one person is served for half an hour.
It is also interesting that if you take a ticket by choosing "pick up the card", you sit much longer than the others. The ATM to activate the card is in Titan, which is from 10, and if you want to make it to work, you will have to go to the ATM in Almi.
