For the first time, before the New Year, they credited the same amount to my account twice, and since I had an overdraft opened, I calmly went to close it. The very next day, I found out that it was not another transfer to my account, but an error (although before closing the overdraft, I called and consulted with a bank employee whether everything was in order, what the closing procedure was - they did not say a word that they had some kind of error).And in the end, the account is minus, I have no money in front of NG
And now they have surpassed themselves altogether. Topping up the account through their information kiosk in their own bank (the amount is decent, I wanted to live for it for a month). The kiosk took the money, but did not credit it to the account. I call the bank again and they tell me that there is no such transfer, go to the bank, write a statement. And now the main thing: the review period is 15 days! That is, again, the bank takes all my money, and I have to live without it for a long time. And do you think they've ever apologized for their actions?? No. And why, indeed. These are my problems, not theirs. These are the standards of the Austrian quality of service
