Hello everyone In fact, everything is fine here. The food is dietary, but very diverse, there are a lot of procedures, the staff are friendly, and a rich recreation program.
What I didn't like: an aged, slightly deaf and with gadgets rental employee, very big for a C grade. When you go to the pool in the evening, they remind you that you have 30 minutes left because you have to go out at 21.45 and blah blah. In general, I just felt that it was necessary to go everywhere early, there was a slight hurry, because it was necessary to close, clean, etc. I had to argue and swear several times, but I don't like that. For me, as an evening person, there was not enough working gym. It is open until 19.00.
In general, there are shortcomings in my opinion, but in general the air, nutrition and procedures are very good.
And if possible, leave 1-2 days of rest without procedures. Just get some sleep, take a walk, go to the pool and eat. Because 5-7-10 procedures a day is really too much and it's like you're not resting.

Excellent sanatorium! We came to NG 2024-2025, rented 2 rooms in Priozernoye, on the 3rd floor.
The cleaning staff is excellent, they are always and everywhere perfectly clean, they help with all questions.
The cuisine and food are varied, very, very tasty! Of course, it's not a restaurant serving, BUT - with the tk of taste, it's just fine! There is a minimum of salt in almost all dishes, there is always something to choose from meat, poultry or fish. Various salads, drinks. Awesome pastries "like from childhood". Curd casseroles - a head break.
The sanatorium program/procedures - the specialists are excellent, we were satisfied with everything. The youngest child was happy to go to physical therapy and paraffin wraps, although he was very afraid at first))) Cryosauna, baths and underwater massage - fire)
The territory is near a forest, Lake Naroch, you can walk, watch ducks and white swans.
The pool is large, a complex of various baths and saunas, including a snow room, a font with cold water and a hammam - in the latter, by the way, there is no musty smell, as is often the case even in fairly expensive complexes (I have been to many places).
The children are busy all the time - either with procedures, or MK, or movies, or games, or in the children's room - our children are generally very happy with the trip.
I would like to mention the New Year's Eve separately - an excellent program, and the table is above all praise - diverse and so much that it was impossible to eat everything))) there was duck, fish, shrimps, and even crayfish) I'm generally silent about several types of sausage, rolls, and cheeses. By the way, the K NG sanatorium is amazingly decorated, a lot of locations for photographing, a lot of decorated Christmas trees, greatly contributed to the creation and maintenance of a New Year's mood)
In general, the hotel staff - from maids and receptionists to doctors and specialists - are very friendly people, attentive, ready to help, always with a smile, very polite. It was extremely pleasant to interact with everyone without exception. Children are also treated very well and carefully.
Not the cons, but something worth considering.:
- you need to take washing powder with you or buy it. We were out of the loop, but we figured it out quickly. And yes, laundry bags are a must!)
- it's VERY hot in the room (it's warm everywhere in the sanatorium itself, it's very convenient), the air is dry, you need to take care of humidification somehow and ventilate constantly (cast iron batteries, not regulated). It won't be easy for those who are used to coolness and freshness)
- SPA treatments should be booked almost together with the room, especially during peak periods, otherwise you will not get anywhere, unless by accident. But if you do, you won't regret it.
- do not expect to save money on shopping - even if you do not go shopping from the sanatorium, shopping will come to you by itself))) And that's it, it's gone)))
- the water in the pool is very chlorinated, which is understandable (there are a lot of vacationers, the load is full), but it can be difficult for people with sensitive skin. Constant skin hydration is something that should be taken care of.
As a result, we are very happy with our vacation and plan to return again)

A wonderful sanatorium.
The place is gorgeous: there is a pine forest around, a lake very close, the air is saturated from this, you can scoop with a spoon.
The territory of the sanatorium is large, very beautifully decorated, it can be seen that the landscape designers worked hard.
There is a lot of entertainment for adults, children, and family groups on the territory.
The administration has taken care to accommodate adults and children in different buildings. Therefore, the sanatorium is quiet. This also applies to food. On the ground floor there is a restaurant for children, on the second floor for adults.
The sanatorium itself has been recently renovated: clean, beautiful, modern. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The sound insulation is decent.
Doctors hear all your "needs and requirements", they are very tactful and attentive.
The list of services is large.
Despite the fact that the workload of the sanatorium is 100%, the staff competently breed everyone - there are no queues anywhere.
Thanks to the administration for taking care of our health.
I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely return there myself.

I came to the Priozerny sanatorium for the first time. Very well maintained territory, large - there is a place to walk , perfect cleanliness. The service is very polite, if you get lost between the buildings (they are all connected to each other on the 2nd floor), they will tell you with a smile where to go next. The food is a buffet, the choice of dishes is large and there is always fresh fruit. It's pretty tasty. I had a lot of treatments, went to the SPA and had fun. And what a beauty in the pool, the temperature is 26-28, comfortable, a separate pool with warmer water, there is a children's pool. And there are three baths to choose from, I love the hammam. I enjoyed my vacation very much. I will definitely come. We went by car, left Moscow at 4:30 , got there in 10 hours, the road is good.

A wonderful sanatorium! I liked almost everything! Convenient, large and secure parking! Well-groomed and beautiful territory! Perfect cleanliness in the rooms! There is a very large selection of dishes in the dining room! Excellent medical care! Friendly staff! Great entertainment program! There is a bar where live music evenings are often held! We happened to go on a spa vacation with our daughter for a week. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, everyone is friendly and pleasantly responsive). I was hoping to lose weight on diet meals, but it didn't work out. Everything was delicious and varied. We walked around the territory, walked every day to the lake to feed the swans. We took the all inclusive spa - every day there were so many treatments, treatments, baths, massages, even tired)))
Thanks! We had a wonderful 6 days before the New Year!
Of the cons, I note: some rooms have already "tired" furniture and a bed.

The coolest place for a family holiday with children. Excellent and very varied diet (forget that you wanted to lose weight). There are various activities for children every day. Cool pool (included in the price). I will not say about the room stock because we lived in a cottage. In my opinion, the best option for a family with young children. Dignity. the nodes (even public ones) are very clean. It is very beautiful on the territory of the sanatorium (we were in the summer). A lot of benches, benches, flower beds, gazebos, etc. A nice and clean beach. There is a rental of everything your heart desires. There is a bar. Plus, this summer a restaurant opened right on the shore. If it were not for cercariasis and it is safe to swim, then you do not need to go to the sea))). If you like to explore the surroundings, you can slide into the complex of Sediments. It is very beautiful + to ride horses.
Among the disadvantages: there is no ATM (only a branch of Belarusbank), there are queues at the pool during rush hour. There is no phone reservation for the restaurant on the beach.

Cleanliness and order in everything, starting from the territory. Parking for cars is assigned to you for the entire duration of your stay.
The food is on top, except that the menu compiler does not take into account the changes in the modern formation of diets. Why is there so much flour and fat for dinner, and a complete absence for breakfast? Pancakes and donuts are served for breakfast! Lots of greens and salads, fruits and vegetables. The accommodation is quite decent. linen change according to the schedule, cleaning every day, water every other day.
Treatment with the attention and understanding of the staff. You will find for yourself what the doctor ordered.
The problem was a little bit in visiting the pool, you need to guess when there are the least people in it, most often empty in the morning and after dinner. Yoga, breathing exercises.
Entertainment programs for every taste, including live music. Golf, football, volleyball, tennis, scooters, bicycles, badminton, etc.
Nice well-maintained area. There is a lake with swans and a private beach nearby. Admission is free, including sun beds. But there are also a lot of people in good weather.
Bottom line: everything is great! The mood can only be spoiled by vacationers next to you, we came across such, but after the comments, they calmed down.
And a VERY big problem is that smokers are not being tracked, although special places have been allocated for them.
Please don't steal! They are deducted from the salaries of employees.

This is the 3rd Belarusian sanatorium, which we visit with our family. And obviously, this is the best place in this country! By all measures: food, infrastructure, treatments, entertainment, nature! All by 5 points out of 5. The reviews have said enough about these items, I'll note what I didn't see in the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. 1. Yoga with coach Olga! God! What a professional coach she is! Yes, it's suitable for those who have been doing something for a long time (not necessarily yoga), but how grateful your back will be. As for me, this is 100 times more effective than all procedures! 2. Spa and swimming pool. A lot has been said in the reviews. I note that this is a very worthy spa! Cleanliness is everywhere and the requirement to wear hats is very appropriate! 3. The area is fully illuminated in the evening. It's critical for us-we walk for at least an hour before going to bed. 4. The presence of a cinema, workshops, tennis tables, billiards and bowling is great! Nuances that must be taken into account in order not to be disappointed: 1. Take the powder, there is a laundry room, there is no powder anywhere to buy 2. It is very hot in the room. Batteries are not regulated. Next time in the summer I will rent a house 3. Absolutely everything (treatments, massages, grooming, bowling) must be booked in advance! You won't get anywhere, everything is busy for 5-7 days ahead.

We had a family vacation of 4 people (2 adults, 1 teenager and a 6-year-old child). I will note the important points for such a composition. The quality of the food is excellent. Just as much as you need, no frills, but incredibly high-quality and delicious. Very nice spa complex. 1.5 hours is not enough for us in winter. But nevertheless. The ability to move to all locations without wearing outerwear. This is important for families with children. Having a free laundry room solves the laundry problem for the family. The children's room is available, but very boring. 2 days a week and does not work at all. The presence of MK every day: they made brooches, toys, bags of wishes. Awesome Movies are sometimes funny. 2 table tennis points. The bowling is good. And a separate topic about the air and the territory as a whole is the incredibly delicious air, we slept like the dead. A couple of comments for revision: the batteries in the room are not regulated, it was hot for us to sleep. We opened the windows, but because the room is small, and there are 4 of us, it was cold at the window. The room itself has zero noise insulation, 90s furniture, blankets like grandma's, and huge and uncomfortable pillows. But we were in a car, we didn't stay in the room, we went to the Holy Trinity Church for Sunday service at 13.00-we recommend it, to the Nanosy Ethno complex, Myadel and Minsk.
We will definitely return in the summer, because we saw the wonderful beach at Naroch

In fact, they sell tickets for a city bus without seats. He visits all localities. It is unbearably hot and stuffy in the minibus. Moreover, we were put in the very last places.

The rooms are cleaned daily, linen is changed every 3 days, without comments. There are a lot of programs for children, there is a children's room, the granddaughter enjoyed spending time there. An excellent sanatorium, magnificent landscaping and a very warm, human attitude from each employee. Additional advantages: free parking space in the parking lot under the supervision of security, two restaurants with thoughtful logistics, queues except for coffee.
Well, I'll add something else that I personally would like to improve.
1. Open both doors to the medical building. There's always one open and you often end up on a closed one.
2. Think about the internal navigation. The first few days you get lost in the labyrinths, because not everywhere the signs with signs are designed in the same style.
3. The restaurant menu has too many dishes with mayonnaise, in my opinion. That is, we had enough other dishes, but sometimes we want something, and for some reason there is mayonnaise, which not all visitors to the sanatorium eat.
4. Another coffee machine in the restaurant would not hurt. So there were three cars with excellent coffee in the hall, but you have a lot of people and one more would not hurt.
5. It would be good to place additional chairs near the cooling tower. The air is very pleasant there and you don't always find a place for yourself.
6. I would like cafes and other internal services to be linked to the electronic bracelet, including establishments on the beach and boat rentals with post-payment.

We were here from November 12th to 22nd. Like it :
1. A theme with bracelets for entering the room, in the aqua zone, and at a meal in a restaurant. It will be good if in the future you can go to the gym and have procedures with the bracelet;
2. Divided into two floors, the restaurant and each floor into two more buffet areas, catering in the recommended two shifts - due to this, the restaurant is almost always free;
3. Operational work of the staff. For example, at 12 o'clock I told the maid about the blockage in the shower - everything was eliminated by 14;
4. A bag issued at the reception for carrying small items (medical books, watches, etc.);
5. Large guarded free Parking with its own fixed place.
In general, the work of all services (provision + treatment), extremely friendly staff, thoughtful little things (like a bag for small things, absolutely everywhere the correct time on the clock) promotes quality rest = idleness.
At the same time, there is an optimal ratio of price and high quality of services provided.
Therefore, I definitely recommend - only positive emotions from your stay.

An excellent sanatorium with excellent modern renovation of rooms, delicious buffet meals (there are always vegetables, herbs, some fruits, side dishes, steamed food, fish, meat (beef, pork), chicken.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to get to the desired spa treatments, everything was scheduled for 2 weeks in advance, and we came this time for only a week..)
I especially want to note the aqua aerobics in the pool with mineral water (both coaches are wonderful), the wax room (we managed to get into it from the spa at the end) and the masseur of the cervical-thoracic zone Solovyov (unfortunately, I do not know the name).
At the reception, everyone is very kind, helpful, friendly, always ready to prompt and help.
The maids are also very attentive, they cleaned every day, they did it very well, quickly and unnoticeably: it seems that we just left the room for a while, we return, and everything is already clean😁
And finally, my great love is aromatherapy. Mint has an incredible effect 🥰

We came to the pool/spa. Very worthy! There are several saunas, an ice room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a wellness area. Clean water, warmth. The price is affordable, the surcharge for exceeding the session time is minimal. You definitely need a cap, you can have a disposable one. Very beautiful, well-maintained territory of the hotel. There is parking nearby, I don't remember exactly, but it seems to be paid.

We rested for a week in June with our family. Overall, I really liked it. Especially the food. The food is delicious and varied. Cool equipped beach (toilets, shower, cafe, volleyball court, sun beds). I really liked the pool with a complex of baths. Towels are provided in the pool, and there is liquid soap in the showers. The territory is well maintained. In my opinion, there is not enough outdoor gaming equipment and the sandbox is completely nonsense. There are also not enough "growing" chairs in the dining room for families with 3-4 year olds. It is inconvenient for such children to eat on adult chairs yet. And I also didn't like the bedding: the filler of some pillows is crumpled, and the sizes of duvet covers and pillowcases are much larger than the sizes of blankets and pillows. For sanatorium #1, this is not very good. Nevertheless, I would have come here again.

It is good here, and the territory, and the availability of procedures, and entertainment, and rooms. High-quality cleaning.
Of the cons- 1)the food is more aimed at sick people (maybe it's good for someone), i.e. you won't eat much fatty and spicy. Well, the range is not great, unfortunately ...
2) the pool and saunas work strictly on time (i.e. you can go to the bottom 2 times a day) and time is limited
3) the procedures are timed very inconveniently (I don't understand why?)
4) there are no disposable products in the baths
In general, it is not critical, but we expected more for this money. The room, the territory and the rest are super. Be prepared for the rest.

Pros - Everything works...all services, offices,services, etc. The staff is polite,responsive,friendly..The kitchen is beyond praise...the food is perfectly organized in 2 halls...there are no queues...there is plenty of everything... toilets are everywhere on the floors- corridors..clean, tidy, paper - napkins- soap always))) You do not need to carry towels from the room to the pool - 2 towels are provided on site...bathhouse and small...the pool itself (there are 3 of them) is large, for children and by the type of Jacuzzi......excellent (locker room, showers, bar). 3 baths (Russian, Finnish, Turkish) there is enough space for everyone..The ice room!)).Next to the phytobar and a bar with a selection of dishes and alcohol ...

Everything is fine in it. At the reception, all issues were resolved instantly. Very polite staff, excellent cuisine. Cleanliness and order. Excellent medical staff. There are many rooms for relaxation, a lounge area with a winter garden, music and paintings by Belarusian artists. A nice large swimming pool, many different hydroponics, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi with mineral water and a warm Jacuzzi on the terrace. There are many activities in the treatment area (movies, workshops, billiards, tennis, disco). Beautiful bars and pizzeria cafes. The rest is wonderful!

An excellent sanatorium. We took a spa trip, baths, massages, showers, a salt cave, aromatherapy, wax therapy. I liked everything very much. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Cleaning is daily. The food is very high quality and delicious. Entertainment, movies in the evenings, live music (violin, saxophone), games, candle master class. There is a children's room. Wonderful swimming pool, sauna complex. The territory is huge, everything is well maintained. There are therapeutic paths for barefoot walking.

An excellent sanatorium with a good medical base. Friendly staff in all departments. Wonderful spa center. The territory is beautiful, very well maintained, many gazebos, there is a children's room. The sanatorium has a well-equipped beach area on Lake Naroch. Meals are served at the "Shvets table". It is very diverse and of high quality.

Many thanks to my beloved sanatorium for the warm welcome, the most smiling and polite staff, delicious "homemade" food, customer orientation (next to the room where we were accommodated, repairs were underway, they knocked on the wall, it was impossible to live. They changed our room without talking for 3 minutes).
Special thanks to the wonderful girls at the Charcot shower, underwater massage, paraffin, lymphoma, baths, mud and, of course, the canteen workers, masseur Pavel Demidko (a rare professional), the soul of the sanatorium and the organizer of the events Alexander, his charming deputy with a magical voice Margarita.

Perhaps the massage therapist Sergey Kashpar became a stain on the amazing reputation of Priozerny. To my question: is it possible to cover your feet with a blanket during a massage? (I'm cold, so I'm always interested). He rudely replied: "put on your socks, this is not a massage parlor for you" (I was wearing socks, please note). I jokingly said, since quarreling with a massage therapist was not part of my vacation: that there is something to add to clients." He replied: "you are not clients, you are patients, clients at the spa" (I hope not psychiatric patients, it's already good). Probably, Sergey Kashpar is not aware that those who come on a wellness package + buy additional procedures pay decent money. And obviously they did not deserve such rudeness, knowing the attitude towards the clients of the sanatorium itself. But Sergei Kashpar could not be stopped: both the Sanatorium writes customized reviews, and I am an old woman who has not looked at her passport for a long time, so I am freezing (I am 28 years old, well, okay, I laughed). But I would not soak up the reputation of the sanatorium, the guy is probably burned out and can not cope with emotions, perhaps he needs the help of professionals. The massage is weak. Not your employee, because I have not seen such rudeness anywhere for a long time, and even more so in my favorite sanatorium, where we are regular customers.
Thank you, the girls at the distribution: I asked to change the masseur, they changed it without any problems in 2 seconds to the amazing Pavel.
But this is the only unpleasant episode.
Everything else is as wonderful as always! We left as usual, with a slight sadness!

A wonderful place! It was the first time, for me this is basically the first experience of a trip to a sanatorium. We were very satisfied. We were with a child for 4 years. Everything has been thought out, from a children's room with a wonderful tutor, to bicycle rental, there is also evening leisure and shopping and everything without going beyond. I also liked the treatment, the gynecologist is just wonderful!!!and thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation in this wonderful place! I forgot to say the same about nutrition, for every taste and fish and meat several side dishes and everything is very tasty!We will definitely come back!!!
