A wonderful sanatorium. The first thing that catches your eye is a very well-groomed territory, it seems to me that even garbage is afraid of such beauty here)))
Polite and cultured staff, very responsive everyone from the receptionist to the maid. Rooms for every taste and budget (I really had to live with a loud refrigerator, but these are the first three days).
The food is at the highest level, everything is always fresh and very tasty, people who adhere to PP will not stay hungry. SPA is here without words or comments. The only thing that was difficult for me was the pool. There are a lot of people who had to go for a "swim" in the morning, and it's 7.15.
In general, it's worth coming here 😉

We lived in a house. We were very surprised how great everything was! It was our first time in a Belarusian sanatorium and we really liked it. There are no questions about food - a large selection and very tasty. The service is very polite and friendly, all issues were resolved instantly! The house is also great. And Lake Naroch itself is great!

A cool sanatorium, better than hotels in warm countries. Two hours drive from Minsk and you get a full-fledged buffet with really delicious dishes, an excellent modern room with a view of the pine forest, a variety of treatments from spa and massage, mud baths with rosemary to a pool with a hammam and steam rooms. I advise everyone!

Everything is at the highest level! If you want to have a good rest and improve your health a little, Priozerny will be a worthy choice. Customer orientation at a high level, a comfortable swimming pool, renovated rooms, well-groomed territory, a buffet with a good selection. It's not 5 stars. But this is not a minus. A good sanatorium, I liked a lot. But I will list some disadvantages, which I personally think should not be by default:
1) a new bottle of water was brought every 2 days. If there was something left in the bottle at the bottom, then they might not leave a new one. That's why I always emptied and put an empty one near the trash. If there are two of you in the room or one, there will still be one bottle.
2) in 10 days, I have never been given new shower bubbles and shampoo. Only upon arrival on the first day....in the end, I had nothing to wash my hair with, considering that I have short hair.
3) the bathrooms and sauna were being renovated. I was upset about this, as the number of baths was reduced due to repairs. Therefore, I recommend finding out in advance where repairs are going on and what is closed or what procedures will be cut in advance. To make the expectations come true. There is no warning about construction work on the website.
The next disadvantage, which is often found everywhere, is thin walls. I've heard all the neighbors' conversations, every toilet flush. Moreover, the words were legible with the usual timbre of the voice. It was terrible. Especially when the neighbors went to bed after 00:00. I didn't sleep with them. She lived in room 217 in the Priozerny building.
Phytotherapy and aromatherapy are limited in quantity. That is, you will not drink herbal tea all your arrival. I was also surprised by this, since earlier in other sanatoriums tea was available every day without restrictions. Without restrictions, only mineral water. Everything else — the pool, the gym are also limited in time.
But despite these nuances, the overall impression is good. I was satisfied)

The luxurious territory of the sanatorium with the possibility of a relaxing holiday for different ages. The staff, you can say, blows away dust particles from vacationers. The medical base is at an altitude, the main thing is not to be late for procedures. I will not talk about nutrition, they cook very tasty and therefore it is difficult to follow a diet from such a temptation.... If you decide to go jogging outside the sanatorium, just be extremely careful, the road is killed in places, you can get injured. I will recommend this sanatorium to everyone!!!!!

Unfortunately, the expectation and reality did not match.
The sanatorium is declared as resort No. 1 and has as many as 5 stars, which accordingly affects its cost, but after a week of rest, you realize that it does not reach the described level.
I must say right away that this is our subjective opinion and everyone has their own, but when you have something to compare it with, you already understand what kind of service you are waiting for at the "best" resort.
We had a voucher without treatment, so the assessment is solely for accommodation / food/ infrastructure (without evaluating the medical base)
And now for the points,
Minuses:
The first and biggest disadvantage is the lack of information in the public domain.
To find out about the infrastructure (for a fee/ for free / where it is located - you need to constantly look for someone to ask. It's super inconvenient- as a guest, I don't have to ask a hundred questions. You can just make a guide to the sanatorium.
The sanatorium's website is not informative as much as possible. It is impossible to find out the cost of a trip, treatment, or understand the hierarchy of rooms on it - you need to leave a request everywhere.
This implies the following disadvantage - this is the room:
We rested in the superior room, supposedly superior comfort, but how it differs from the usual standard, except for the square footage, is unclear. There's a shower in the room, where there's just a pallet, and everything is in such a state that you don't want to go in there. The feeling that the bathroom in the room is simply not washed. (photos attached)
Ventilation works very poorly there (or does not work at all)- accordingly, the terrible smell of dampness, which does not fade :(
Well, such a room should not cost 12 thousand per night :(
Water is given in a liter bottle per room - 3 times a week. Of course, there is a cooler on the floors, but it is not at all clear why not at least give a bottle per person.
There is no air conditioning in this room category - but we ourselves did not pay attention to this when booking, but for us, a priori, it seemed that in a sanatorium of "this level" there are air conditioners in every room.
With regard to nutrition, I will say right away that I am a picky person in food, and I absolutely do not share my enthusiasm.
I would say that the food here is like in a good dining room. Some of the dishes look like they don't really want to taste them (something too greasy, for example), and some of them are just not tasty. In general, you can choose something, but you shouldn't expect a wow effect. There are very few fruits , which is sad in summer :(
There are cafes on the territory of the sanatorium, they look so-so, but the prices translated into Russian rubles are like in a decent St. Petersburg restaurant.
Positive:
-The pool is really nice, clean, there are areas with hydro massage, more than 70 people are not allowed inside
-Sauna complex - Russian, Finnish, Turkish baths, ice room, cold water pool - everything is fine (although if the maximum load is, then there is not always a place)
-Spa - a wide range of spa programs , everything is implemented wonderfully
- The territory is well-groomed, clean, green , the eyes are happy, there is a place to roam
-The beach is equipped, comfortable, calm (but you can not swim on the lake, due to sanitary standards - some larvae breed in the water there, which can potentially cause itching and skin irritation)
-Availability of a library

Great hotel! I've lived there for I don't remember how long. I spent time in the pool, I liked everything, the diet food in the dining room is very tasty! I can say that the performances in the cinema and concert hall were good, especially the snow Maiden against all and the circus of pranksters. The New Year's disco for 2023 was great! In general, the hotel is 5 stars!

My family and I stayed at this hotel from April 30th to May 9th, 2022. First of all, the pros: excellent reception, clean and cozy room (we stayed in a suite), excellent varied food, excellent treatment, excellent well-groomed territory. But now something has struck us unpleasantly. On May 1, we went to the doctor and prescribed treatment. But then the ordeal began. It was necessary to set a time for the procedures. There were a lot of people. We waited in line for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Then a day later we had to pay for additional treatment, the same story for more than an hour in a terrible stuffiness. This has greatly spoiled our attitude towards this sanatorium.

I really liked it. We were on New Year's holidays. The medical base is at a high level. There is a swimming pool with mineral water and a sand room. The food is delicious and varied. Even, probably, this is a minus, because weight gain is inevitable. Children are always busy - a variety of programs, master classes and movies. They don't forget about adults either.
Rooms for four. The bathroom needs to be updated. The mattress is not comfortable (well, it's subjective).
The New Year's banquet was gorgeous - both the entertainment and the banquet part.there are many New Year's photo zones.
There are a lot of people coming not for the first time, but for the eighth time!!!

We rested there in 2017. It was my first vacation in the form of sanatorium treatment, and it paid off. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is on top, we had a customized menu. They never went hungry, the portions were large. A wide range of procedures. The pool and baths were pleasantly surprised, and there is also a separate children's pool. There is a gym-this is also a big plus. A large and well-maintained territory. Within walking distance, you can walk to the lake or to the village itself. Leisure activities are also well organized in the sanatorium. Discos were held every day, on weekends you could sign up for excursions, and there were also various events of a different plan.
Only positive impressions remained from the rest!
