Firstly, no one enters the email), the order was hanging for a week, I decided to call - the calls are not answered. I wrote to Viber, and they answered the next day. The order was accepted. As it turned out, there was a banner from the first order, which I allegedly did not pick up, as a result, two were printed by mistake, not one. A message was sent about the readiness of this order, which can be picked up. Upon my arrival, it turns out that stickers were made instead of plates, and the poster was decorated in an ugly way, allegedly the layout did not match (everything was OK at the first order). She insisted that the issue with the signs should be resolved now, that I would wait, because I came by taxi from the other side of the city in the rain.The girl went to the printer, brought it 30 minutes later. I did not even raise the issue that the order was counted and paid for the plates with an adhesive base. I paid off and left. Not a word of apology, not a discount, not half a discount.Upon arrival at the installation site, it turns out that instead of printing on PVC, they decided to glue those stickers to PVC. I'm just in shock. For the money and time spent by the customer, it is independently decided what will do. I'm just giving you a standing ovation!!!
According to our experience, the company Prismax LLC turned out to be completely insolvent. Their layouts and manufactured versions do not match. They reprinted the sign and signs for us 2 times. 1 time the color of the plates differed significantly from each other. For the 2nd time, they brought plates of different sizes, and also did not take a banner with them. During delivery, we were constantly faced with the fact that employees of this company forgot part of what they were supposed to bring at their office.
In addition, they clearly do not respect their customers, violating the deadline for the execution of the contract (5 days) and ignoring our appeals. Managers almost never respond, and if they do, they do it extremely rarely (once every couple of days). Irresponsibility and dishonesty are what the printing house provides to its customers.
The only thing that I would like to note from the positive sides is the work of installers. They are really professionals in their field
