When contacting us, they accepted the pins, as well as sent our photos, voice messages by means of vacap - between funeral agencies, discussing us as a consumer who is digging in. The management is most likely not familiar with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection" (with amendments and additions as of 06/08/2024), they did not want to contact this company and an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
