I got from Kemer by Ambulance, an intestinal ulcer, complicated by an established anastamosis. To say that they helped is to say nothing. They didn't help, they saved my life. From the very beginning of this story, it felt like they had specially prepared for my "visit" - they galloped me straight from the emergency room to a CT scan, and straight from there to the operating room. The operation lasted 4.5 hours, I woke up in the morning in the intensive care unit. Then, discussing everything that happened with our doctors, I was told that the bill was for minutes, and they did not miss them, moreover, the most difficult operation was performed with jewelry, as my gastroenterologist said, "you were operated on by a wizard." In this hospital, everything - starting from translators, nurses, nurses, doctors, paramedics - all deserve the highest praise and gratitude - such attentive attitude to patients is not often found, here they were undermined at any request, at any "sneeze", after the operation 3-4 times they just looked in to check if I had everything it's okay if you don't need something, if you can help with something. Everyone has charming encouraging smiles and willingness to help on their faces. The staff has practically become family in these 8 days. MANY THANKS TO MY DOCTOR - Op. Dr. Direnç YIĞIT. I will pray for him until the end of my life, he gave me my second birthday))) There was also a fly in the ointment in the person of the head of their commercial department - this is a real witch who, instead of doing her job and sorting out relations with the insurance company, tried to simply intimidate us, threatening the police, refusing permission to fly, etc., her shrill voice with the promise of all the punishments in the world, so far It's in my ears. It is strange, of course, that such a character is allowed to approach patients, especially postoperative ones... She should be conducting police interrogations. I wish all the staff of the hospital the best of health, success in their noble mission and, of course, simple human happiness. THANK YOU ALL!
On vacation, my mother went to the hospital. An operation was necessary. The operation is complicated and long, thanks to the surgeon Dr. Direnc and the team of specialists of the clinic, everything was successful. Special thanks to the translator Julia, for her professionalism, for her attentiveness, sincerity and help in all matters. The clinic is modern, with everything you need. The attitude towards patients is very good
It's a good clinic. Responsive staff. He was admitted on 06/02/2024 with an acute heart attack, and a stent was placed. We promptly provided assistance, although it was Sunday. There were no problems with translation, excellent translation managers (Julia, Niger, Melek) were always there and helped in everything. Special thanks to Dr. Refik Karakaya (I apologize if I misspelled the name🙏). The operation was performed without complications.
