Wonderful people work there, they helped me out more than once. Carpets, blankets, pillows, furniture covers, clothes are all for them. An individual approach to each client, I even wrote thanks to them about this, otherwise they write complaints in the book quickly, and in gratitude they say "thank you" and ran away.. Do not forget to thank people by writing in the book of complaints and suggestions.

I dry-cleaned the wedding dress completely made of glitter (the mesh is completely covered with sequins). They said it wouldn't get cloudy after dry cleaning, but it would crumble. The fact that it is pouring out is so clear. But not to the same extent. They returned a floor rag instead of a dress. The hem of the dress was dirty, of a reddish hue. The whole glitter has become such a shade. So also in places there are no sequins left at all, one mesh. To the question: do you take such products to the dry cleaners, an affirmative answer was received from the employee. Was it really impossible to refuse if you don't know how to handle such things? A $400 dress turned into a floor rag. You can't even leave it hanging in the closet as a memory. Totally irresponsible. I attach a photo of what kind of dress it was. Unfortunately, there is no photo and I don't want to do it. It's scary to look at him again
