The order was placed over the phone for takeout. Arabica shawarma and French fries. The girl announced a waiting time of 25 minutes. After a while, the order was not ready, there were a lot of people waiting in the restaurant, it was very hot + smells from the kitchen. After 45 minutes. I got my order. There was hope for a delicious outcome, but unfortunately, the shawarma was practically without meat, there were chicken skins and cartilage. The French fries were ordinary. If your establishment does not want to lose its reputation in the area (and there are no competitors at the moment), you need to somehow interact with the cook and the girl taking orders, and it is possible not to take such a large number of orders when the cook is alone (his "indignation" was heard even in the waiting room. I hope the institution will prosper in the future.
