The most terrible attitude to the client from all the places where I have ever come to paint. The owner of the salon, he is the master of Hrach, who logically had to work with his client, whom he also booked for an appointment at the agreed time, including giving him some time and attention, constantly ran to talk to someone on the phone and sort things out, leaving me alone, then to his assistant. Then he came back and said he refused to work with me because I, you see, "ask questions", (!!!) and he is a "creative person and " can't work like that. The inspiration has already gone." The result of such a visit is a shock. Loss of time and money for the road and a spoiled mood. I would not advise anyone to go there. The man was starred apparently.
P.S. I will explain about "asking questions". After we discussed the color of the painting with the owner of this salon and he left leaving me to work as an assistant, I was told that now I would have my hair straightened with a hairdryer. I asked what she meant and said that I would not like to straighten my hair, because I have a biochemical perm and I would like to keep it. The assistant asked if the Hrach master was aware and ran to check with him. Then he came up and said that straightening is necessary for the coloring procedure, no means other than a hair dryer will be required and the curls will return again if the hair is wet. I was satisfied with that and he left again with the phone. Then the assistant asked if there was any permanent remedy on the hair? I answered that there was and showed which one, because I took it, just in case, with me from home, so that my hair, including easily combed after washing. She took my can and started asking me something again. They returned together and then the attacks on me began (( - What is your question?? Hrach asked. I replied in perplexity that I had no questions and put my remedy back. But he didn't stop... - "Don't you even know what you use? - This is thermal protection."
I replied in mild shock that I knew what I was using. And then he said that he refuses to dye me and that "99% of girls use a hair dryer to straighten their hair and they know that the hair curls back after washing." I replied that I didn't know that, because I don't use it. To say such a thing to a person with biochemistry, who clearly does not use a hair dryer to straighten his hair, was at least strange. And it was even more strange to hear such a thing from a professional, as he considers himself, and it is certainly not permissible in my opinion and not professionally to declare such a thing to the owner of the salon. There is no customer orientation at all. Being rude to customers seems to be the norm for him..
So if suddenly someone wants to be met by talking on the phone, forced to wait to sit, thrown several times and left alone, and then rude and sent home without rendering a service, then welcome to this salon)). This probability is definitely present here! I'll try to forget everything like a bad dream.
The salon has become better after the change of owner, now the service is the best and the staff is very good. The Parikhmakhersha immediately understood what I wanted
