I went with this company, after reading the reviews here, I set myself up for the worst.
However, I was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning of the trip: the drivers were friendly, polite, the bus was convenient, the stops were on schedule. I didn't see anything like what I read here on the trip. Just a great ride with Probilets! . The trip was a great success!We were satisfied with the trip, the bus was large with comfortable seats, clean. Tickets were bought on the company's website. The office staff was also pleased with their professionalism.
The trip went great: we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and comfort. The bus arrived exactly on schedule, and the driver turned out to be very polite and friendly. The cabin was clean, and the seats were soft and comfortable, with the ability to adjust the position. We were very satisfied with the quality of the services.
Flight Bryansk-Rostov-on-Don-Simferopol. On the plus side: we reached Rostov, albeit late, but comfortably. The drivers were rude, but, on the whole, professional. Although you can work a little on communication skills, but it was not critical on the trip.
Among the disadvantages: at the time of boarding, we did not find a second passenger in the lists (I bought 2 seats). In the process of clarifying the circumstances, one of the station employees expressed her opinion, allegedly we bought an electronic ticket, photographed it, and then handed it over to travel for free. I understand that a woman is probably used to judging herself, but nevertheless. It wasn't an employee of the company, so she just left her impression, she didn't take off the star for it.
By the way, the ticket of the second passenger was found, but for some reason the drivers did not add it to their list.
And the main disadvantage of this company is that if you decide to hand over your tickets, be prepared for the fact that you will have to wait several weeks for a refund.
I bought the tickets and made a refund on 25/09 (due to the fact that citizenship was not correctly indicated in them, this is my mistake). We have been in touch with the company and called on this issue, they explained in the call that they work with Yukassa and as soon as the necessary amount of money is credited to their account, they will automatically be credited to my account. It is a very strange process and I have not been able to understand why these problems should concern me and I cannot get the money for the returned tickets back. The company also noted that if I had a RB bank card, they would have made the transfer much faster.
At the time of writing this review, I have not received the money yet, although I am sure that it is now possible to transfer it from the RB card to the RF card.
I think that I will definitely not buy tickets in this company anymore, and if the money is not returned by the end of the month, I will file a lawsuit under the consumer protection law.
