There are a lot of expired and spoiled products, especially fish and cheeses. The staff is terribly rude, especially in the fish department. Be careful! I was taking out a heavy package from the shelf, and a plastic jar fell from the other side of the shelf, and grandma ran up and started yelling that I should buy it. I left 400-600 euros every month in this store (my average purchase receipt is 200 euros), and according to the grandmother from the fish department, I have to pay for the fallen jar, which I did not even touch with my hands. My grandmother was constantly rude, shouting, shoving this jar into my basket, and refused to call the manager. By the way, the shelf was wobbly and was not properly attached, there were more products piled on it than it could handle. The goods in this store are badly placed on all the shelves, it feels like they are just dumping everything in stock on the shelves.
In general, I do not recommend this store. That was the last straw for me. I'm going to visit my competitors in Tivat.
Ps. Be careful! Everything in the store is set up somehow. There are bottles of wine for 200 €+ and expensive oils (like truffle), extending 2-3 cm from the edges of the shelves. Everything can fall from a sneeze, and you will be attacked by 100% with a demand to pay.
There is always an unpleasant smell in the store. But today it smelled like rotten fish, so it was impossible to stay inside. You can often find rotten fish in this store: twice you bought salmon (seemingly normal), which the next day exuded a rotten smell (40 euros per discard), several times you came across spoiled borax. Goods that have 1-2 days left before the expiration date (cheeses and sausages) are often sold. At the same time, the store is far from budget-friendly. It was as if the staff had been teleported from the USSR. Rudeness, rudeness, and malevolence all rolled into one. They do not respond to requests or questions, no one speaks English, and they respond rudely. If you ask to weigh the fish, they can turn their backs and go chat on the phone. I'll be going to another store, albeit a little further away. But I don't want to come in here anymore! To tolerate rudeness and buy rotten meat with your own money - thank you, but don't!
The best wine, delicatessen and other goodies store on the coast of Boca. Cheeses, ham, steaks, cookies, olives, sauces, juices, chips, beer, everything that you lack in chain stores!!!
