Just a terrible place. I spent three days translating the birth certificate into Lithuanian, and every day the price was different. Initially they said 132rub, then in the correspondence it turned out that 150rub. And when I came to them, they said 180 rubles. Ripping off and Wasting time!!!

Negative experience of working with this organization, starting with processing the application and invoicing for payment (it took them 4 days with a daily reminder). Be vigilant (legal entity), because the application sent by e-mail does not mean anything to the employees of this company. We sent the application with the attached documents for translation, but in fact completed the work twice as much, since we translated everything that was brought to them without looking at the preliminary application and agreeing with us. I asked if they had made translations of such documents, which is what we need. The answer is: "Yes, of course, we have experience in this." The question arises: "What kind of experience, if the translation was made of unnecessary documents that did not require translation," if you were experienced and attentive, you would pay attention to the fact that not all documents need to be translated and it was indicated in the application that specifically needed to be translated. They did not give a receipt, then they sent an invoice for payment (the amount is, respectively, twice as much as the agreed amount) and put it in front of the fact. Our documents (originals) were not given without payment, and moreover, instead of apologizing, they were also accused that it was our fault that they were given a lot of documents, and no one bothered to call and clarify which documents needed to be transported or at least open an application and check with it. That's the sad experience we had.

We translated the marriage certificate from Ukrainian into Russian -everything is fine.
Russian Russian Russian Russian translation came and we were told that it was impossible, that first translate again from Ukrainian to Russian, and from Russian to English (although we already had a translation from Ukrainian to Russian), in general, they charged us extra money, it came out more than 60 rubles.
I won't go to them anymore, everything was fine before.
