Do not be fooled by finding yourself in the zero positions of the search for this workshop. Long deadlines, high price, require the client to take the laces out of the shoes. There is nothing else to do, like unlacing in 2024 and then pulling the laces into the shoes again. This is not required in other workshops. And the fact that it is written in your rules, it does not mean anything. Although you write down the requirement to hand over shoes in a wizard's hat, but the whole question will be different: will the comments want to run around the city and look for a wizard's hat to satisfy your requirement.

I wish I hadn't given them shoes this time. There are more losses and disadvantages than +. The feeling that they did the go-ahead this time. The money is not small, more than 120 rubles, but the result this time is about nothing! That's how customers get lost.

Well, OK, I forgot to mark it. I'm waiting for delivery, thanks here, the shoes arrived. And... one pair is nothing, but not ideal. The second one is two points higher. Dirt could be removed with a fingernail. The insoles, as if it were a joke, cleaned the top, and only the heels on the inside. I can clean it myself at home. A complete disappointment. The prices are high, the quality of the service is not. There is also no service and careful attitude to shoes. We loaded both suede and leather into one package, one for one.

Total : for 1 stitch, as seen in the photo - 9 days.
2. Quality and price. Yes, they typed, yes, the cost was agreed, 20p- to make new stitches on two legs, they called back, they say, master 1 will not touch the darned ones, you can make it worse. Well ok.

Ecco women's sneakers were taken for painting. The color in the original was a beautiful light pink. They refused to repair it for free, citing the fact that it was not their fault. Expensive sandals are now either restored for a considerable amount, or in the trash. Guys, you'd better choose another workshop. Not to them.
