The experience of contacting a doctor by E. A. Bogutskaya turned out to be extremely negative. Each of us, coming to the reception, hopes for understanding and support, but instead I was faced with a boorish attitude and condemnation.
After this outright rudeness, a consultation was conducted and the procedure was performed, but such an attitude towards patients is unacceptable. I do not recommend doctor E. A. Bogutskaya to those who are looking not only for professional treatment, but also for a human relationship.

I want to say right away that nothing has changed in the behavior and attitude of medical staff to patients in the Republic of Belarus over the past 20 years, unless it got worse. I had the opportunity to verify this personally by talking with Dr. Shishov. Putting aside the arrogant tone, which I think is the norm for this character, the main thing is that he is not interested in your opinion at all, because he teaches his students how he thinks correctly, and he still has the protocols of the Ministry of Health, which he and his colleagues wrote. When I asked if he takes into account the wishes of patients, he replied that he has protocols. And he didn't give a damn that he exists on the money that we pay him, we are like patients. They sent me to the next office for a 3D photo and then immediately waved at me from the doorway. This is for deletion, this is this and that. This person is not disposed to discuss and explain at all and probably is not trained.

Doctor Bogutskaya, to whom I went for several months, found caries on 11 teeth, drew up a treatment plan, cured almost everything, there were only 2 that could not be cured due to the fact that previously from the age of 10 (I am 22) in free dentistry in Bobruisk they were treated according to the old method and they can be just pull it out. A year later, I came to remove the wisdom tooth, and then the doctor made the wrong decision-instead of cutting the gum and pulling out the 8th lying one, he began to pull it, as a result, the 7th was broken-a piece broke off and a crack went. The tooth was healthy without fillings. It had to be drilled and a seal was placed on the entire tooth. And still, she couldn't resist, the tooth broke again. It's a shame, because of the mistakes of the doctors, I lost three healthy teeth-one in your clinic.

I was unlucky to be with Belyasova, who did not solve the problem in any way by deleting a tooth with caries from the treatment plan, treating it on the one hand, for aesthetics. The surgeon who said go to the specialist you've been to. So-so alternative opinion. To sum up, it is a pity that the Hippocratic oath is an empty word for this clinic. Good luck making money.
