My wife went to get a consultation with a gynecologist, immediately what caught my eye was the nurses (administrators) at the reception. The wife arrived at the appointed time, but none of the two employees paid any attention to her. One was on the phone all the time, and the other showed with her whole appearance that something had angered her and she was out of sorts ("very professionally"). As a result, no one reacted to the presence of my wife for 10 minutes. After talking a lot on the phone, they deigned to get a card and told me where to go next.
Further, I was horrified that the "unknown" in a white coat (without a badge) took a card and told me to go to the office and prepare for the examination. And so you undress, sit down in a genicological chair in deathly silence and do not understand who is in front of you, a doctor or a nurse. And then the doctor comes in (it turns out there was a nurse) and gets to know the patient in this form (I think many people understand that not everyone is psychologically comfortable). Still, most of us are used to getting to know each other first. with the doctor and discuss your complaints, and only then proceed to the examination. And here it is like this!!! As in the village canteen: "Here! On! Next one!" Far from the level of a paid branch.
And then more. The doctor gives advice, the nurse clicks, the doctor says ultrasound, the nurse: "also ultrasound, pfft."
What kind of attitude is this??!??!
On ultrasound, when the spouse is half-naked, another doctor shamelessly enters the office, leaving the door ajar, and begins to communicate with the doctor conducting the examination on his own topics!
And then no one escorted her through the offices, but something like: "go there without knowing where," and my wife came here for the first time.
+ to all this horror, they made several far-fetched diagnoses, told to do a bunch of expensive tests,
which later were told not to do at another center and the diagnosis was not confirmed.
