There are no complaints about the print quality, everything turned out clearly. There are complaints about the website through which the online application is created. Uploading photos to the server, especially if they weigh a lot, is a whole quest. Everything freezes, slows down, does not indicate the process. But for printing, photos just have to be in high quality...

I do not recommend this place.
The staff leaves much to be desired: not competent employees, poor work with equipment and unpleasant communication.
Print quality: the feeling that there is not enough toner, printing with gaps. But for poor-quality printing, payment is still made according to the price list, which is above average.
Location: the only good thing in this center.

The girls who work there do an excellent job, are polite, and will always tell you how to make a print more profitable and better. They will edit what is necessary and do everything quickly and efficiently.

I got to the guy twice, does not warn at all how much it costs, offers the most expensive options, does not tell me how best, is not talkative. I cut off the margins of one A4 sheet for 1.5 rubles. Even if it is in the price list, then you could have warned me, I would have refused and cut it off with scissors on my own 😑

It is convenient to get there, even by car (there is Parking). The staff is polite enough, but there is not enough information. A large selection of business cards, they can even print vinyl. Great. The prices are average. In general, I liked everything.

Communication with customers leaves much to be desired, queues move VERY slowly. I've been here several times and always waited for ~40 minutes, although there were only about 5 people in the queue.
I was photographed for a visa last month, the girl did not tell me anything at all whether to raise my head, where to look, etc. The result: terrible photos, the hair lies unevenly, the head is not raised enough. I threw these photos away and took them elsewhere from professionals.

No communication with clients. The photo quality is disgusting. I sent a good photo to Viber, with perfect color correction. I received a photo of terrible quality, for some reason, either red or orange. I don't recommend it.

The print quality was frustrating. The employee talked to someone for a long time, to the question "can I print it out" she silently unfolded the contact plate, and then she kept talking until I interrupted her with the question whether the file had reached. The image turned out to be cloudy, with streaks of paint, the price was generally said only after printing. Well, the price for such quality is too high. I recommend looking for other printing centers if you need to print detailed images well.

The prices are above average, the quality is at the same level, the photo will come down to the docks, but the printing of large bright formats leaves much to be desired. The staff came across different: there were very pleasant girls, and there were those who did not hide their indifference to the client's requests. I give an unsatisfactory rating because my cartridge was not ready on time (I only found out when I arrived at their place of service). No one even warned me about this, although I really needed a printer. They also have no guarantees for refueling. I do not recommend refilling the cartridge there.
