I was disappointed in this service. I brought the tablet, it wasn't charging, the connector in the tablet was changed, I came home, charging was only the first day, on the second day the tablet was no longer charging. I took it back to the service center, they changed the connector again, but the situation repeated itself, the tablet stopped charging again. It was already inconvenient for me to contact the service for the third time, so the tablet is inoperable and gathering dust on the shelf. Yesterday I brought my phone for repair, the problem was also in charging, the phone did not charge. The connector was changed, I came home, charged it, everything seemed to be fine, when I put it on charge for the second time, the phone had already stopped charging. In order not to get on my nerves, I had to contact another service center, where they gave me a 3-month warranty, and by the way, everything is working so far. I don't understand why there is such a problem with connectors in this service center. I understand if this problem had happened once, but I've had it happen twice, I just don't have the words. I will no longer contact this specialist.
