I couldn't enjoy working with this wonderful agency, because I haven't been able to get through to Julia Baydan in 2 years. And this despite the fact that I had no complaints about her, just before the next trip to Turkey, I wanted to set a time for a meeting to consult whether it is worth selling the apartment, and what price can be set. (the apartment is located near the office of the company). The last time was on June 7, 2024. in response to my calls, Julia sent me irritably boorish messages, from which it followed that she was very busy, and I was bothering her. I believe she's very busy, why not? But I don't believe that in a WHOLE YEAR she didn't find 5 minutes to call a potential client. Now imagine that you have money-related questions and you are not in Turkey. You just won't get through to this wonderful company.

Once again, I was convinced that the managers who work in this agency do not give a damn about the clients. They don't pick up the phone, there is no feedback, you come to their office, and they meet you with such a face that it becomes uncomfortable yourself. It seems that the client prevents managers from working. The head in Alanya is extremely unfriendly and it is very repulsive! I do not recommend it to anyone!
