By the way, this SC was contacted earlier (10 years ago) with the issue of repairing another warranty refrigerator. The issue was also resolved instantly. Terrible service center!!!! They delay the timing of diagnostics (was it carried out???), repairs. They promise to call back, but this does not happen. Since September, the issue with the equipment has been resolved (then they waited for the part, installed it, but the problem remained; they took it away in mid-November for diagnosis, repair - there is still no result).
With each call to the service center, the repair time is postponed for another week.
I do not recommend it to anyone!!

The service is disgusting. Without inspection, the technicians determine what is out of order and which part needs to be replaced. As a result, repairs are delayed, and each time you have to adjust to their arrival. Managers are incompetent in their work, promise one thing (to provide documentation), as a result, time passes and they say they have no right to provide anything.
A very unpleasant girl works on the design: rude, irritable. And don't say a word, everything is perceived with hostility. And she is completely incompetent in the provision of services by this center. Accepts an application for the diagnosis of a gas hob, the masters themselves postpone the day of diagnosis several times, allegedly do not have time to arrive. We agree to postpone the diagnosis, wait again, and as a result, they call and inform us that they cannot provide this service. Complete disappointment with the staff
I turned to this washing machine repair service. Wonderful service. No delays, no complaints. Only one positive. You can immediately see the quality and attitude towards the client. I recommend only this center!
Excellent service. I gave a vacuum cleaner and a monitor under warranty. After the warranty repair , the vacuum cleaner began to work even better than when buying 😁 And the girl at the Grodno pick - up point is beyond praise 👍
I did not like the cooperation with this service center. The warranty period for gratuitous repairs is delayed up to a month, although there is no written agreement! And then they issue an act stating that it is impossible to eliminate the defect!
We've been figuring this out for a month!!! And they don't call themselves at the same time, they need to call themselves: find out everything, pull out information with "ticks".
This, in turn, causes me, as a buyer, a lot of problems with returning the goods to the seller.
I will not recommend it to anyone!
