It was a modest place from the outside, but after ordering coffee and an elementary omelet breakfast, I was very pleasantly surprised: I got excellent coffee and the most delicate omelette, and for a very reasonable price. An excellent point for a small pit stop at the exit towards Baranovichi-Minsk. Yes, and great music!

Over the years, Progress has risen from a small cafe to a place with a varied menu and a good location: in the evening, watching the summer sunset while sitting at a table outside is wonderful. The prices are also quite affordable, the staff is friendly, there are cumulative drink cards (it seems the 7th is free).

We traveled with friends by car, stopped for a snack. An extensive menu, everything that was ordered was available. And most importantly-very tasty! The pancakes were promised to be smaller in size, the chicken is the most tender, the croissant is fresh and soft. The portions are decent, the staff works quickly.

At 21.05 I made an order for a set of rolls.
While I was waiting for the cashier, I heard repeated swearing, loud obscene laughter.
When ordering rolls, the cashier was able to understand what was needed from the fourth time. When I was asked to present a book of comments and suggestions, she pretended that I was asking for tea. And at the end of the order, a receipt was issued, but I never saw the book of comments.
It is unpleasant to observe such behavior of the staff. A good mood and a friendly team is great, but a three-story mat for the entire institution and the "inclusion of a fool" is absolutely out of the ordinary.

The tables are small, there are not many of them . The bar is large. Staff. The cashier / bartender /waiter will meet you at the bar, help you with the choice, take the order and bring it to you, but the cafe is self-service. The waiting time is from 5 to 25 minutes, since the menu is quite large, there are burgers and shawarma, tortilla, sushi, desserts. The menu is located in two places, sushi above the bar, the rest on the bar, a large selection of coffee. Prices are above average. Atmosphere. The cafe is comfortable, not crowded , there is a TV with background music on, I've been to cartoons several times. The toilet is located separately, the bartender has the key.

There weren't many people, but in order to sit comfortably and no one will push you in the back, you need to try - the seats are very inconveniently located. When we sat down, no one came up to us and I decided that it was self-service, so I went to the bar and made an order. The order was waited for about 15 minutes, it was brought quite quickly and it turned out that it was not self-service after all)) the burgers are delicious, overeaten) it is not very convenient that the toilet is not in the institution itself, you need to go across the street to open the door to some administrative part of the building.

There are no complaints about the food, as a rule everything is delicious. But there are questions about waiting time and cooking. I waited for the tortilla for 25 minutes instead of the promised 10 minutes.And when I received the order, I received an excuse that there were a lot of orders before me. The hall was empty before me! I can't believe all those bulk orders were over the phone. Please evaluate the customer's waiting time more objectively! This is very critical for the lunch break.

The drink was brought after a reminder in 20 minutes, the burgers were not received within an hour. I'm tired of hearing that now, just about, already, they got up and left, I didn't take the money, because this story is already pretty tired. Let's go get pizza, because the child wanted to eat. We bought cocoa and sweets - a special offer was announced in the cafe: when buying coffee and hot drinks, a discount on eclair. Unfortunately, apparently, cocoa is not considered a hot drink and eclair had to be bought at full price. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. Either the cards are not stamped when buying drinks in a cafe, or the promotions do not apply when eating food in a cafe... and this trash is happening in a cafe in the east. It's a sooo long wait for food; and this despite the fact that they managed to serve drinks to newly arriving people.
I go there once a year and I will try to visit this institution in the east as rarely as possible.

We arrived in Brest and decided to eat after a long journey.The cafe is conveniently located, parking is nearby. There are quite a lot of visitors in the cafe, the interior is decent, the tables and sofas are comfortable. It's all clear. A friendly and helpful bartender or waiter, Ekaterina, accepted the order.The portions are full-fledged. The salad is sooo delicious and a beautiful presentation.
