I myself and my whole family often visit, or rather, I visited, an institution at Brest.

There have been problems with service, serving size, and especially with the waiting time for an order in the evenings and at lunch.
But today is my last visit, unfortunately...
That's why.
They brought me sushi on a white pie plate (slightly larger than a saucer), just eight small pieces lying flat without anything, like in a canteen (it's a pity I didn't take a photo - I was SHOCKED)
I learned the name of Vlad the cook from the girl who brought me this very plate, although she could have paid attention to it too.
When I asked her to change the pitch, I saw the bewilderment in her eyes and her demonstrative behavior .
At the same time, after serving on a special dish, I still waited for the salad for about three minutes, along with the appliances.
People, where has the catering culture gone?!
Where is the elementary "excuse me", and not a snort for being "annoying"?!
And now a little bit of economics :
My average check is 30-40 rubles for me alone, multiplied by +/-30 weeks a year, and then
It's a loss for the establishment if I go out for 900- 1200 rubles (let me remind you that I often went in with my family, and this is plus 2-4 people with the same check)
+ I always sent my clients to the "mug"
And that's at least once a month, 12 people had lunch (until they got tired of waiting and started leaving for Corona)
and sent people to you every day for little things.
I am sad that a place where I could feel pleasure and relaxation, humanity,
care and joy from the unique generous gifts
It 's closed for me ...

It was a modest place from the outside, but after ordering coffee and an elementary omelet breakfast, I was very pleasantly surprised: I got excellent coffee and the most delicate omelette, and for a very reasonable price. An excellent point for a small pit stop at the exit towards Baranovichi-Minsk. Yes, and great music!

At 21.05 I made an order for a set of rolls.
While I was waiting for the cashier, I heard repeated swearing, loud obscene laughter.
When ordering rolls, the cashier was able to understand what was needed from the fourth time. When I was asked to present a book of comments and suggestions, she pretended that I was asking for tea. And at the end of the order, a receipt was issued, but I never saw the book of comments.
It is unpleasant to observe such behavior of the staff. A good mood and a friendly team is great, but a three-story mat for the entire institution and the "inclusion of a fool" is absolutely out of the ordinary.

Over the years, Progress has risen from a small cafe to a place with a varied menu and a good location: in the evening, watching the summer sunset while sitting at a table outside is wonderful. The prices are also quite affordable, the staff is friendly, there are cumulative drink cards (it seems the 7th is free).

The tables are small, there are not many of them . The bar is large. Staff. The cashier / bartender /waiter will meet you at the bar, help you with the choice, take the order and bring it to you, but the cafe is self-service. The waiting time is from 5 to 25 minutes, since the menu is quite large, there are burgers and shawarma, tortilla, sushi, desserts. The menu is located in two places, sushi above the bar, the rest on the bar, a large selection of coffee. Prices are above average. Atmosphere. The cafe is comfortable, not crowded , there is a TV with background music on, I've been to cartoons several times. The toilet is located separately, the bartender has the key.

We traveled with friends by car, stopped for a snack. An extensive menu, everything that was ordered was available. And most importantly-very tasty! The pancakes were promised to be smaller in size, the chicken is the most tender, the croissant is fresh and soft. The portions are decent, the staff works quickly.

There weren't many people, but in order to sit comfortably and no one will push you in the back, you need to try - the seats are very inconveniently located. When we sat down, no one came up to us and I decided that it was self-service, so I went to the bar and made an order. The order was waited for about 15 minutes, it was brought quite quickly and it turned out that it was not self-service after all)) the burgers are delicious, overeaten) it is not very convenient that the toilet is not in the institution itself, you need to go across the street to open the door to some administrative part of the building.
