Bad location. The rooms do not have refrigerators, bathrobes and slippers only on request. Low-quality gel shampoo. The room was not cleaned for 4 nights. The rooms and the hotel itself are dark, the lighting is like in a cave. The pool is small, and the SPA area has nothing to do with it - a hammam and a non-working sauna. The restaurant was closed to the public due to preparations for the New Year. The buffet breakfast is acceptable, but it doesn't qualify for 4 stars. Elementary: there are no toasters, regular water and juices packaged in a carafe, bread was forgotten to report, the arrangement of dishes on the Swedish line was not thought out. The New Year's banquet was organized well, there was a lot of food, delicious, and the animation was good. But the banquet hall itself is not comfortable.
