An excellent water park with slides of various difficulty levels and for different ages. There is an open area where you can not only ride the slides, but also sunbathe in the sun. There is a zone for the youngest children. Of the cons: 1. Electronic locks do not work in some lockers. 2. It is not clear why you need to go somewhere for a hairdryer, is it really impossible to hang them like from any pool on the wall in the locker room.

Plus, this is an unlimited visit to the water park, Parking, beautiful territory, breakfast is included in the room rate (no frills, but it's impossible to eat enough). Minuses. The room is nice at first glance, clean, until you look closely. There is dust in the corners and along the skirting board, the mattress is sagging, one lamp without a light bulb, the remote control does not work well (batteries are chewed),cleaning is bad (only garbage is taken out well),water only when checking in (I see this for the first time), shampoo also only when checking in a small bottle + air conditioning, only a fan in the room (in the heat the stuffiness is incredible). In the restaurant, everything probably depends on the cook-it was delicious more often.

In general, a good water park. Insane queues at the ticket offices, the administration does not strain, as 3 out of 12 cash desks worked, they did not open any more, the hall is infernally stuffy. And it was a weekday. Online orders are processed faster. Next, the sanitary issue, the locker rooms are made in such a way that units enter the shower in front of the slides, where everything brought from the outside is washed. The guys driving the roller coaster made a good impression, but generally unhurried. Safety is above all, therefore, control is carried out by the producer through a small monitor at a decent distance. In general, there are also huge queues. The slides themselves are ordinary, suitable for children, taking into account the restrictions on height. The calculation of dynamics for large detins was done by students. One slide is fire, there is a "vertical" descent in the air. Check the weight and size limits. Yes, walking barefoot everywhere, well it wasn't a mushroom day.

We recently visited your water park and, unfortunately, were not completely satisfied. Firstly, some water fountains did not work, which significantly reduced the variety of entertainment. Secondly, we noticed that it was quite dirty on the territory of the water park - the garbage was not cleaned, and this creates an unpleasant impression.
I hope that you will take measures to improve the situation, because the water park has great potential!

Everything is fine, but the number of people at the ticket offices is a little scary. The aqua zone is good, there are a lot of people on the slides, of course, but it's worth it. The spa is wonderful, especially the cold pool. The spa also has a warm swimming pool, which is good news ☺️

Nice hotel! Really three stars 🌟 🌟 Breakfast is included, the choice is normal: omelette,various sausages,sausages, pancakes, jam,sour cream for them, potatoes,pasta, chicken,salads,desserts,compote, coffee machine (tasteless coffee).There are towels in the room.
Among the disadvantages -there is no air conditioning (we did not have it), the heated towel rail barely warms, swimsuits do not dry out after the water park; woodlice were seen in the bathroom a couple of times, the lamps probably sparkle from dampness, there is no kettle in the room.A huge plus and bonus of the water park 😄

The service has deteriorated very much lately. Then there are no bathrobes or towels, and if there are, they are poorly washed and have a rotten smell (I wonder if they are disinfected). Everything has never worked lately, then the steam rooms are partially closed, then there is no steam at all, because the shades do not work. Not all working sockets are near the lockers. Previously, there were several hair dryers hanging to dry quickly and get out, now you need to stand in line to rent a hair dryer. What can I say if the SPA even removed the electronic clock display and hung a small clock on which the time is not visible.
