We had a rest with our family (me, my husband and child) from 11.11.24. to 11.20.24. in Gudauta. We decided that it is most convenient to travel around the country in a rented car.
11.11.24. we contacted the manager of the company "555" by phone and asked to bring a Honda fit to our hotel in Gudauta.
The car was driven in a couple of hours.
The car was clean and with a full tank. The execution of the contract took several minutes. I was glad that no deposit was required.
The car did not fail on trips. We were very pleased with the choice.
On the last day of rest, there was a small emergency - my husband scratched the front bumper quite badly. When they gave the car away, they agreed on a modest compensation for this damage.
We also returned the car at our hotel, so we didn't have to spend valuable time traveling to the company's office.
We were very satisfied with our vacation in Abkhazia. We recommend this company.

The body, interior and technically everything is in excellent condition, of course there is an air conditioner. You can pay in cash and by transfer. Prices are low, unlike competitors and there is no collateral. They conclude a contract, explain about the local features of the movement. Everything is clearly written in the contract in simple Russian. They also have a very convenient location, next to the Psou checkpoint. The car was taken for 3 days, but the children got sick with rotovirus and on the third day they could not go anywhere, so they had to return the car a day earlier. Before returning the car, of course, we washed and cleaned the inside. The car was accepted without problems, the money was returned in full without any penalties. In general, I highly recommend this office, everything is honest, everything is human, no deception and pitfalls. It is felt that customers are not scattered, they value them very much. There is half a tank of unused gasoline left in the car, but it's not a pity at all for such an attitude. And then, even here, they said that there would be a bonus for gasoline next time.

We rented a Lexus GX at the end of June for 5 days. They gave us a good discount. The car is in perfect condition for its year.
The mileage is unlimited, there are some restricted areas, but you can only get there by a prepared SUV.
It is much cheaper to travel by rental car than by taxi.

We rented a car from April 27th for a week!
We were worried that it was right-hand drive, but my husband got used to it in a couple of days👍
The cars are comfortable, native Japanese, the consumption is small🔥
We had 2000 rubles a day (from 8 to 8 in the morning).
We rode every day to the beach in Pitsunda, and to the Ritsa, and to New Athos, and Sukhum! And to eat at good restaurants that are not near the hotel at all, and to the market, and because the weather turned bad at the end (+16- +18 and the rain!!) The car was sooo handy!!❤
We picked up the car ourselves, the guys did not bring it to the hotel, but when they gave it to the hotel without any problems, thank you very much for that! ❤
They also meet you at the border for free! 👍👍 (but we had a transfer)
I wrote off in advance, the contract was thrown off, I booked, the prepayment is 1500)

This review should help you! Great car rental! We took Mark X for 5 days. Friends recommended taking a car to Sochi, referring to the unstable service in Abkhazia. But it was decided to take a car in Abkhazia, which ultimately saved money + paperwork.

We applied to this rental by accident without prior arrangement and were delighted. We used the car for three days and regretted that we did not rent it at the beginning of the vacation)
I'll start from afar. We went to another rental, where we agreed on xtrail for 3.5 k, but after we started signing documents there, it turned out that "the car has already been booked, there is one fit left for the whole city and we need to urgently take it, since we will not find the car anywhere else." They immediately said goodbye and turned to this rental.
Here we took a Lexus with a 4k panorama!!!
The car is on the right steering wheel, but personally I was even glad, since I have been driving cars at home for the last 5 years.
I was immediately pleased with the human attitude, the lack of prepayment and an accessible explanation for all our numerous questions. We signed the contract after 15 minutes of communication.
They explained the rules of communication with local law enforcement officers, as well as other nuances of behavior on the ground that interest us.
The car is in excellent condition, absolutely without complaints and with everything you need in the trunk.
We traveled all over Abkhazia on it and received extremely positive emotions. Panorama made our vacation. The view of the mountains and gorges from it is especially beautiful)
There is a 24-hour support service. They called there from Tkvarcheli and asked if it was possible to get to the abandoned Akarmar. We were told that we could do it carefully. In all other rentals in which we watched cars, there is a ban on visiting this place. We managed to visit ALL the planned places.
I was so pleased that I already plan to come to Abkhazia next year and take a Toyota Soarer from the guys here for a week)
