Secondly, we drove 290 km, most of them on the highway. The fuel consumption of this car, according to the operator, is about 5 liters on the highway and 7 liters in the city. At the end of the trip, the car was refueled with 20 liters of gasoline. When handing over the car to this counter, we were charged for another 10 liters of gasoline. For what? And what kind of calculation is this...approximate.? Operators are trying to take more money from fines. Nobody gives you any checks.. Where is this money going? Hurtful.

The contract was signed, the car was fully checked, and we drove on vacation! Chevrolet Aveo, mechanic, we had to drive through the roof to the next store and back.

The answer was yes, they also said that it was only necessary to warn about it in advance. it was said and done, two days before the car was returned on the promised day, they wrote that we would arrive later and pay extra.

I do not recommend contacting here. Too much has been shifted to the driver. The tenants themselves should take care of checking the oil and the washer, not the landlord - it's stupid and not right. The car is not rented after washing, but is taken back only after it. There is a layer of dust in the car interior. The attitude is terrible!!! Constant monitoring of speed and location of movement. We will never contact this rental company again.
I rented a Fiat Brava car for 1 day. I ran into a bit of a "scoop" service and 2 attempts to withdraw additional money out of the blue. So 1 attempt: the reservation was for Renault Sandero -2018, but it did not turn out, because the manager confused the dates and I was offered a 2009 Fiat Bravo. It doesn't matter to me, so I agreed. And they immediately explained to me that I need to pay extra, since this is a DIFFERENT CLASS of car. I explained that it was not my fault and if they want to make an easy "upgrade", then only at their own expense. They agreed, I took the car and left. When returning the next day (I drove 120 km), I was told that since the car is VERY DIRTY, DUSTY, the INTERIOR is TERRIBLE, then you need to pay $ 10 extra for a full car wash and cleaning (for understanding, this is an additional 60% of the rental price). Everything would be fine, but the weather was sunny, I drove only on the roads (no villages) and gave the car absolutely in the same condition as I took it. In addition, when I took the car, there was really a huge layer of dust in the cabin on the torpedo, etc. (see the photos below). When I took it, I did not focus on it, so it was not pleasant, but not critical for me. There were no changes in the body as to how I took the car. (see the BEFORE and AFTER photos - made just in case). I told the receptionist that it was not nice to do that. I was told that the cost of washing would simply be deducted from the advance payment and I was free. I demanded a book of notes. The presentation has already begun here (we do not have a book, the director has it, I cannot contact him - he is not available, etc.). I slightly threatened to call the police (in Belarus, the absence of a "book of comments and suggestions" is a serious offense) - as the book was found in the table. Here the girl already said that she did not need money, that the bastard director would deduct the cost of washing from her salary, that I was such and such, and in general the salary was small. In short, I made an entry in the book, I took the deposit.
The conclusion is simple: it's a shame that in Brest, when normal services appear (for example, car rental), they try to rip you off in all sorts of ways more than they promise when talking in advance. I am ASHAMED (to me, not to these distributors) for such a service in Brest. If you are already so principled, then give out the car IMMEDIATELY AFTER WASHING and include the cost of washing in the rental price and there will be no questions for you, otherwise for now the classic scheme is: we will offer you -20% of the market price, and then we will throw 60% upon delivery of the car.
