If it were possible to put zero stars, then I would definitely do it. It's a terrible store. Consultants don't want to work. The information center cannot answer basic questions. And what finished me off was this: I wanted to rent a puncher for Vaneev. I called in the morning and asked for a reservation. I said I'd be there by one o'clock. We confirmed the reservation by phone, saying that I can come at the time I named and the p4rforator will be waiting for me. He came up at the agreed time. And the "employee" at the rental office said that there was a punch, but she could not give it out. You see, their database hasn't been working since yesterday and won't work until tomorrow. Moreover, as I found out from a further conversation with her, she knew about it in the morning, but still told me to come. As a conclusion: you should not order anything in this store if you do not want to waste your time

The case when you rent a stroborez but there is no vacuum cleaner at the rental (disassembled). I had to buy a concrete disc and grind it with my Chinese grinder)

I took a parquet grinder + a manual belt grinder. The parquet sander is all zebest. Manual ribbon is the latest and cheapest Chinese horn. Moreover, it is far from new and very tired. I couldn't work for her. However, the money for the small car was returned. So the overall score is 4 points.
