I brought them a Pixel 5a for repair, I needed to repair the motherboard.
As a result, I called at the end of the day to find out how much the repair would be, but the call was not answered, I tried to call 2 times, it was useless!
As a result, they called 4 days later, on a day off and said that they could not make a motherboard repair. They offered to replace the motherboard instead of repairing it, you will need to wait a month, like. I wanted to know the cost of a new motherboard, they don't know the price!
When accepting the smartphone, they could not issue an acceptance certificate due to the fact that there was some kind of problem with the printer in the "service" center!
ProMobile is an irresponsible service center, I do not recommend it!
As a result, I found another service center in the A1 store in Malik, it was done quickly in 2 hours and on the same day.
