I have been using Promtelekom's services since 2017. When there were Internet outages, it was impossible to get through to this company. Starting in 2021, Internet outages have become more and more frequent. This company solves problems with the Internet, but within a few days, but after a while the problems repeat themselves. As a result, he left this company. But at the end of November 2024. I wanted to connect the Internet to parents in the private sector (because none of the providers serve this sector anymore, although this is the city center) and left a request for connection. I've been waiting for the third month, but there are no messages from the company. I called a couple of times and got this response: "when we check everything, we'll let you know." When I asked them to specify at least some deadlines, they replied that the deadlines were unlimited. I don't think I'll wait any longer for the company to respond to my request. And there was no desire to contact this provider again. I will be looking for another way to connect my parents to the Internet. Apparently, this company doesn't really need new subscribers. In short, if you want to get yourself a firebrand, choose Promtelecom.

Promtelecom has been working for 12 years, everything is in perfect order.If we take into account our military situation, then it works perfectly, repairs are carried out during the repair and the calls to the TP are real, and those who are not happy with something, as for me, all providers will not be happy. If there is no snowfall in the city, no hurricane and no arrivals.Then all the turnover is done quickly. And so if all of the above happens, then all operators will have a delay in repair and dialing. So I RECOMMEND IT!!!

The most terrible provider!You can't log in to your personal account all the time Very often the Internet disappears If you have some kind of breakdown, then getting them to come and fix it is a quest, you constantly had to go to their office and ask when to wait for the team. In general, if you want to save your nerves, choose another provider.
