I agree with all the negative reviews. We have insured an apartment in Promtransinvest. The apartment was flooded. We have submitted all the documents. Not only did they not comply with the terms of consideration under Insurance Rules No. 54, they also made a meager payment! I think that it is necessary to write complaints about them to the Ministry of Finance!
