The employee searched for Abkhazia in the list of countries for half an hour, could not find it, called someone for a consultation - the result was zero. Then she started asking me strange questions - is Abkhazia recognized by the "world community", then launched into inadequate political reasoning (whose Crimea, etc.) and offered to take out insurance in Georgia instead of Abkhazia. THE RESULT: The work is not done, the insurance is not issued, time is lost and the feeling persists that there was an attempt at recruitment by Western intelligence services. I took the document and went to BELGOSSTRAKH (Tikali shopping center, Euroopt) and made insurance to Abkhazia in 5 minutes without any problems.
