I was making an appointment for a child.
But the administrators got it mixed up and booked her to an adult doctor. While I was figuring out what to do, the child was given a tour, told how the reception was going, and showed the devices. And then the doctor came to whom we were enrolled and answered our main question. We talked for about 15 minutes. But in the end, they didn't even charge us any money.
I can say that humanity and empathy are definitely present in this center.
