The cost of a set of tires at the time of purchase turned out to be the most profitable. The delivery was made the next day, and a receipt was provided. Unsatisfactory work, absolute anti-client orientation. The order was paid in full immediately, a specific delivery time was specified at a certain time, but no one from the company contacted to confirm the order. I called myself, everything was agreed upon once again. In fact: the attempt to deliver tires is completely different from the time period that was specified, but at 21.00!!!! We worked our nerves out while I got my tires. I do not recommend this company.

A man picks up the phone, says there is an order, the girl who placed the order will call you back. And so for 4 days. You're kidding me. The usual Belarusian outbiddings. I wanted to buy winter tires from them, the price on the website was 1560 for 4 wheels. I called to find out the year of issue turned out to be the 20th - 21st year. After the end of the conversation, I went to the website to place an order, and the price was updated to 2200 for 4 pcs. I called the store and asked if the rubber of the 24th year appeared - they told me that the price changes every day, but the rubber is still the same 20-21 years.

I ordered and paid for 2 summer tires before winter for next year. It is clear that it does not burn, but... A month has passed, then we thought that you had already taken it, then we are waiting from the supplier, but in the end it turned out that there would be no rubber. We were disappointed with this approach. Definitely next time I will order somewhere else, even if it will be more expensive.

They were delivered on the day of the order, which is also very pleasing (I ordered it in the morning, on Saturday). The only thing that disappointed me was that the operator said that an SMS would come when the rubber was delivered. There was no SMS and I had to call and clarify an hour before closing time. The operator politely said that the rubber was in place, explained this by a program failure and asked for forgiveness. Overall a great store. I will continue to take the rubber there. The most terrible online store, who cares about time and nerves, do not go shopping for tires. The order was placed on Monday, delivery was promised for Tuesday after 16.00 or Wednesday 08.09.2021 from 13 to 14. Tires were waiting on Tuesday and Wednesday, periodically I called them and clarified what was with our order, the managers replied that it was issued and would be delivered as expected. Today we are waiting, but no one is calling and there is no promised delivery, we start calling, clarifying, they promise us that they will call us back in 5 minutes, but 15 minutes and an hour pass, and nothing... We are calling again, asking for a phone number.to contact the management, they promise to call us back, but alas... After some time, the logistician called back, so he introduced himself and said that our tires were not in stock, they might be delivered by Friday 10.09, but at what price they would be, he could not know... A screenshot was made from the site, where it is very clearly visible that the tires are in stock:a lot... Communication with the leadership, no, just promises... And no one even tried to apologize for the unfulfilled order...
