We stopped by for dinner. The hall was about half full. I had to wait for the menu.
We ordered pasta carbonara, ravioli with prosciutto and ricotta, tea, raspberry basil lemonade.
They didn't ask about the order of serving the dishes. First, tea was brought, followed by ravioli, so that the second guest could look with hungry eyes, then pasta with lemonade came after a while. The hodgepodge is complete with service. We also noticed that other tables were served water in glasses after ordering, but we were not offered it.
Now about the food. A small portion of ravioli. The dough in them is thick and brittle, they are dry in themselves, and there is not enough juiciness. The pasta sauce, as it seemed to us, had been prepared sometime before, not at the time of ordering. We are cooking carbonara at home, and we very clearly saw the consistency of the sauce that we heated up. The fresh sauce is thin, but this one was thick and dry.
At the next table, the guests could be heard commenting on the desserts, which were also not prepared as expected.
It can be seen that the idea of the establishment was once cool, which is only worth a passage through the wall to the bathroom. Perhaps then the taste of the dishes was different.
Speaking of the toilet: It's something that doesn't match an establishment with a restaurant claim.
I think the quality doesn't match the prices on the menu. I wouldn't come here a second time. The total receipt was 78 BYN. It's not worth it.

- the inability of the administrator to cope with the situation (mushrooms!), the representative of the institution simply agreed that the situation was sad, no apologies, the dish was included in the check at full cost, they did not offer to replace it (they offered to cook it again, with the loss of 30 minutes of time) or something like that, yes, it is really sad!;
- the dishes were brought with a difference of 10 minutes (without specifying what needs to be brought when ready), it is quite strange for three guests;
- all orders were combined into one receipt (without specifying);
- the discount of a regular customer did not apply to all items in the receipt, they pointed out an error, the administrator did not offer to recalculate the receipt, just said that it happens 🤷🏼♀️;
- food quality mismatch of cost;
- incredibly long wait for the waiter.
We spent a wonderful Friday at Prosciutteria's birthday party. We were pleasantly surprised - the atmosphere of celebration and comfort at the same time, just super! The new menu is something incredible! I would especially like to mention pepper tartare - it's just a bomb! You can see that things are changing for the better - great job!
