Initially it was not bad, but then I noticed that they put flower seeds of the wrong color.
I wrote on the website and they sent me an unsubscribe and put what I ordered.
I put two stars on the site and wrote about the call and the fact that they are wrong.
So they sent an unsubscribe again and did not miss the review.
Therefore, it is now clear where the high rating and beautiful reviews come from.

The first review was related to the staff at this institution, in particular, because of the peculiar customer service, I spent much more time there than I intended. The goods there are still punched manually at the checkout, which I consider extremely inconvenient, there is no scanner.
This time I was surprised to find that the working time is from nine in the morning to six in the evening. Of course, this is their right, but I consider it an extremely unfortunate option. But I was lucky that the neighboring shops were open in the evening, which I actually took advantage of.
