I got a manicure with a rub. The ends were erased in 2 days, after another 2 the top was peeled off. They refused to redo my nails, even with an additional payment.
Before the manicure started, I said that I wanted a rub. I was offered options, and we settled on one of them. Only the master did not say that there was an additional payment for it, I found out about it after the fact. Yes, I got acquainted with the price list before the visit, but I could not imagine that they would ask for an additional payment for the rub. I am a client, I do not know the nuances of your studio's work, how do I know what relates to design, what to monotone. According to this logic, the design is both a sequined top and a matte finish. She left the office only after hearing "okay, let's get 52p", and did not throw money on the table and did not run away.
There were a lot of unpleasant little things, but this situation left the most unpleasant aftertaste. The location is certainly convenient, but I do not advise you to come here

The dirtiest disgusting salon I've ever met in my life. The master works in a dirty apron, gels are all in dirty jars, the quality is 2. I really regret that I did not leave as soon as I entered. The price was announced via Instagram, one at the exit is 15 rubles more expensive. I do not recommend this place to anyone, for such money you can find a beautiful clean salon where you will also be offered coffee and tea.
