The service is poor. I wanted to get a haircut at this barbershop at the Polytechnic tonight. I was refused for the reason that they only cut their hair on freshly washed heads. Although I washed my hair in the morning before leaving for work. Information about such conditions is indicated somewhere in the Corner of the Consumer, although the price tags for services are right in front of the entrance. They also do not have the opportunity to wash their hair. They offered me to go to Shulyavka and get a haircut there (I didn't understand why at all). I just wasted my time. No other barbershop has such rules. Even if you have such rules, where is the opportunity to wash your hair? So I have to go home after work, wash my hair and come back for a haircut?
