They do not issue a certificate of acceptance for warranty service, they do not sign invoices for moving under warranty, and without opening the equipment and sending it to the manufacturer for examination, they make decisions in their favor that the case is not guaranteed. I do not recommend contacting them if you do not want to be left with a broken product and without money!
