This is not optics, but trash. Biker glasses were brought to me from Europe, it was necessary to adjust or replace the shackles. I called the call center, they said you can warm up the shackles. I stopped at this particular salon. The girl took the glasses, looked at them as if they were something incomprehensible, although they are ordinary glasses, shaped like sunglasses. He says, "you know we can break them," and I say no. He begins to explain that the plastic is cold and can break. I'm saying that you can heat it up. It's already an unpleasant impression, okay. The backup plan was to change the shackles themselves, I say: well, if you break them, then the shackles themselves, and the fasteners will remain intact to pick up new ones? - No, we can break the shackles themselves. They also demanded a certificate for glasses from me - what???! - I'm not selling them, I just came for a service. And the glasses themselves have all the markings, if a person understands, then he will look. 5 points for communication and service. I think she just didn't want to do it and they just talked me out of it. Also, a minus to the call center, who said that they would do everything for me at kuntsavshina, including picking up the Shackles on the spot, if necessary. As a result, they do not have shackles, you need to go to another address.

I, my wife and daughter wear glasses, and my daughter and I have the second, bought in Prosvet, recently my eyes began to get tired, yesterday I went to the store on Kuntsevshchyna Street I wanted to check my eyesight and consult and was refused, the seller said that first I had to make an order (how to do it without checking was not explained), to my words that under such conditions we will not buy more from them, the answer is "well, it's not necessary"
