There are no slippers, flip-flops, or beach bags. However, water was supplied every day, and Nescafe coffee was provided. There is only one chair in the room. There was also only one chair on the balcony, there was no bedside table or table, and I had to drag this chair back and forth so that I could put fruit and juice on it. And more...A group of vacationers held drunken parties at the pool bar for three nights in a row. They were shouting at the whole neighborhood, singing songs loudly. I could only fall asleep with earplugs.The administration did not take any measures.
Well, and a little touch. I've been to many hotels in different countries. This is the only one who didn't even bother to give a small piece of candy for his birthday. It is not a gift that is expensive, but attention.

One of our favorite hotels - we stayed there for a few days for the second time before flying home.
I like both the hotel itself and its location - the proximity to the airport, the sea within walking distance through the national park. There is a reef on the beach and it is very cool to snorkel there - we saw no less fish there than on snorkeling excursions. A moray eel lives not far from the shore, and a little further away there are lionfish, hedgehogs, stars and many other different fish.
The first time was in April 2023 and the second time in November 2024.
Double room with a large double bed. The room has everything you need: bathroom, shower, toilet, sink, shampoo, gel, body lotion, kettle, tea, coffee, towels, bathrobes, small refrigerator. The room is spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard.
We used a free bike rental service.
The breakfasts are good: coffee, fruit, scrambled eggs, rolls, several types of hot, etc.
We were satisfied the second time, just like the first one.

I liked the hotel, the staff is cool, they come to help at any request (change towels, give water, provided a shower after check-out (we had a super late check-out). We only had breakfast, you can always find something to eat: pastries, local cuisine, very tasty curry (not super spicy), fruits, ham, sausages, eggs, vegetables, strong coffee, juices. The room itself is super, everything is aesthetically pleasing and spacious, I had nothing to complain about, the cleaning every day is excellent. The pool is good, I was pleased that it is up to 19 and after the sea you can finish drilling in it. I liked the alcohol cocktails at the coffee shop nearby (except for the mojito). There are two 7/11 nearby, a distant one with alcohol, as well as a market, they only bought fruits there, they didn't risk food. We had dinner a couple of times in a cafe between the hotel and the market, very tasty, not poisoned. I recommend the hotel for the last days of our vacation, it was our first time in Thailand, we did not know the areas and beaches. We recommend staying near Kata or Karon beach. Nice hotel, close to the sea. There is also a market around the corner, 7/11 and a very good cafe with delicious food where there is Thai and European cuisine. The territory is well maintained, there are a lot of staff. There is a large long pool around the perimeter, towels are provided, and there is a small gym. The rooms are normal, they are cleaned well. I didn't like it: the breakfasts were monotonous, I didn't feel like eating on the third day, and it was impossible to drink coffee at all. A lot of fruits should not be brought into the room. Mango, durian, etc. are available at the neighboring market. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the balcony (I personally support it), but the only place for smoking is not equipped with the word at all. The courtyard is nice and cozy. The fitness room (as in all Asian hotels) is more for show (there are no dumbbells over 15 kg in principle). The staff is friendly. I haven't been swimming in the pool, I won't say anything about it.

We stayed here for one day, before departure. I can't tell you much about comfort and accommodation, as we only rested at night in this hotel, the rest of the time we were at sea.
The room for a couple in love is cool! Keep in mind that the bathroom and the bed are only separated... Yes, it is not separated by anything! Cool. Not to be confused with the toilet. Of course, everything is fine, it has a separate door, etc. The territory is clean, in some places stylish, which I want to capture on my phone, green territory, cool view of the pools (from above. by the way, I did not understand who has access to these pools. residents of the first floor or all of them?), but for me there is a major fat minus - you can't smoke even on the balcony of your room! The fine is 5000 baht!!!
After check-in, it turned out that there are a couple of places where you can fulfill your wish without consequences, but my mood worsened as soon as I found out that I didn't need a room with a balcony at all. True, the price tag for accommodation was not cosmic, but it was not cheap either.
The location of the hotel is to the sea, 5-6 minutes walk.
There are shops near the hotel, a couple of cafes (which are also non-smoking! I'm pretty sure!) And behind the fence, there is a large area where trade is organized. Probably a market on weekends. I won't say for sure.
When you go to the sea, the choice of cafes is very small! And moreover, not everyone is ready to feed you at any time. (which was a big discovery for us!) You can drink, but you can eat.... It's not time yet. Either the protected area affects the national park so much, or skis do not go.
They did not go further in search of food. Right on the corner there is a Club cafe with excellent youth music, with a swimming pool, tables, soft pillows, etc. Salad, pizza, beer... However, they asked to pay only in cash.
Don't worry-the ATM is 50 meters away, who cares.
But if you do not be lazy and go from the hotel in the opposite direction from the sea, you will find yourself on the central road of Phuket.
Go a little bit and you will be able to find from a large number of different establishments what your heart desires. Shops, pharmacies, massage parlors and maybe something else, but we only needed a massage and we knew where to go.
On the territory of the hotel, the price tag for massage is sky-high, neither Thai, nor Moscow!!! Yes, yes, yes! I don't know why, but after 10 years of trips to Tai, I won't overpay for a massage. I'd better go to the place where we've already been and we all really liked it. And as you understood, we went and once again were very satisfied! (for those who are interested, I will take off this salon. Service, cleanliness, 5 points)
Well, shall we sum up the results?
I would definitely stay at the hotel again if smoking was allowed on the balcony too. ... but not like this!
I will change the location and find another option that is more comfortable for an "overnight stay" before departure.

We are having a family vacation at this hotel from October 21, 2023. It's a pity that we're moving to another area today. The hotel is super! And we spent a lot of time in hotels all over the island. There is something to compare with))) the hotel is not big, but very cozy, clean, well-groomed territory, beauty everywhere! The room at check-in was perfectly clean. The breakfasts are super! Fruits are always 3 types: watermelon, papaya, passion fruit, dragon eggs. There is coconut water with pulp, very tasty! The room has a sofa for relaxing. Size 170cm. If you wish, you can sleep there if you are having a family vacation. But we took an extra bed for 600 baht per day. There are three of us in the room, me, my mom and my 8-year-old daughter. It was possible to have a child for an additional .a fee of 300 baht without a place to put to sleep with us, but we decided to take an extra bed so that it would not be crowded. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is ideal for families with children. There are no waves and shallow) there are a lot of cafes and street food on the beach.

The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. It is felt that the owners treat their business with love. Very cozy, clean. I liked that there are rooms that immediately have access to an individual pool. I lived on the 4th floor in a very unusual room (although maybe this is their style), where the bath was separated from the beds by just a light cotton tulle :)
Breakfast is included, no frills, but delicious and there is plenty to choose from.
I would like to mention their cafe and friendly service and beautiful interior.

Conveniently located. The beach is very close, 5 minutes by road. Not far from the airport. There is a local market nearby. Large rooms. There is a kettle, a fridge.
It's a pity there's no microwave. A small disadvantage is that the bathroom does not have a partition with the bedroom.
The shower and toilet are separate, it's not bad.

The overall impression.
We stayed at this hotel in April 2023. In general, the hotel is average, but it does not pull at 4 stars at all, it is quite tired, even though it is 2016. The overall picture looks beautiful, but when you start to look closely, you start to get upset. None of the bars are open at the hotel, and food and drinks can only be ordered at the restaurant next to the reception (open until 22:00). Prices there are higher than in restaurants nearby, for comparison, smoothies in the hotel restaurant cost 150 baht, and on the beach for 50 baht.
One of the few advantages are the rooms with access to the pool (without this we would have been completely disappointed in the choice). Also, another advantage is the beach bag in each room, so you can safely take it with you for trips to the sea, it is very roomy. The hotel will not respond particularly to your requests, but if this is a paid service, then it will still be performed and they will not forget to bring the receipt immediately. For example, we asked to bring us some ice, in ordinary hotels this is a free service, but not in this hotel, here you will have to pay 40 baht. And if you need an iron, then at the reception you will be able to interrogate him only on the 5th day, after 3 requests. But when they bring it to you, it will be in such a disgusting state that it will even be scary to iron your things with it.
Territory.
Inside the hotel there is a small and well-maintained territory, it is constantly monitored, watered throughout the day, something is pruned and harvested.
There are all kinds of animals on the territory, cockroaches, lizards, etc. If you can somehow put up with lizards, then you can't really deal with cockroaches. But no one crawled into the rooms, except for small ants, which we struggled with for a long time when checking in, but eventually won!
Location.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, in the morning it's not stressful, but at lunch in the heat itself it's a little heavy, considering that you walk along a road where there are no sidewalks (perhaps this is just a feature of the Melt).
The beach itself is very successful, we were just wildly pleased that we chose it. It is sparsely populated, there are always free sun beds (the cost per day is 100 baht), but they are still 7 minutes away along the shore, the sea is beautiful and clean, the beach is well monitored and the guests themselves pass in the morning collecting garbage that throws the sea ashore.
Next to the hotel there is a small supermarket (7 eleven), there is also a grocery department and a department with household chemicals, cosmetics. But it is in this store that they do not sell alcohol, none at all (somewhere they read that this is due to the close distance to school). But a little further away there is another supermarket selling alcoholic beverages (family mart).
On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday there is a local evening market behind the hotel, you can buy fruits, vegetables, seafood, some clothes, shoes. There are also tents with ready-made food, but this is purely some kind of lottery, we took 3 times, we couldn't even eat some of it.
The airport is located very close to the hotel, it takes a maximum of 15 minutes to drive, so after the flight you can quickly get to the place.
Number.
I repeat that the advantage of the hotel is the rooms with access to the pool, they are on the 1st and 2nd floors of different buildings, but in such rooms there are no chairs and a table on the balcony, only a swing. Therefore, if you want to sit on the balcony in the evening, you will not be able to do it much, unless you pull out a single chair from the room.
The furniture in the room is already old, the wall panel by the bed is all dirty
Cleaning is also not particularly thorough, although the floors are sometimes washed and bed linen can be changed at your request. Several times our room was simply skipped because it was not on their lists, they could also forget to change the towels, even though they were lying on the floor, they had to carry them to the reception or catch the maid. Taps and mirrors are not wiped at all, so you can find prints of previous guests on them, as well as fungus in the shower, which you had to wash yourself. And for some reason they always cleaned late, somewhere from 17:00 to 18:00.
To summarize, I just want to say that the hotel does not deserve its rating.

We arrived at the hotel on 1.12. For two weeks. The whole family of 6 people, with two children aged 6 and 9. They settled us right away, because it was already night. There is always a staff at the reception, one girl speaks good English. They don't speak Russian and almost don't understand it, but everyone has a translator on their phone and you can always use it to negotiate. We had breakfast included, but it was very difficult to get up for them at first because of the 4 hour difference. Those who came early had more choice. Eggs, omelette, yogurt, bread, sausages, butter, some pastries. Pasta, shrimp, meat and a few other dishes were usually very spicy with watermelon, papaya, dragon fruit. Sometimes there were pancakes, but they ended instantly))). There were two types of sweet drinks, with the taste of orange or lychee. You can't take it out of the dining room, they swear, but of course we took out fruits and buns and drinks)))
The hotel is small, there is a lot of greenery, almost everywhere there is shade, there is a gazebo with armchairs. The pool was cleaned regularly, there was no smell of chlorine (maybe something else was used). There are sun loungers, umbrellas and three large round sun beds near the pool. Towels were taken at the reception for free. There is a small playroom next to the pool (in my opinion, there is nothing to occupy the child, but there are many buckets, scoops, rakes). There is also a gym nearby. The pool has a bar and seats right in the water, but it didn't work while we were there. The second pool is next to it and there is an exit from the luxury rooms, but we could also go in and swim in it, no one said that it was impossible. There is a third pool on the second floor and there is no way to get there, only from the rooms (probably a super suite). Our rooms were on the third floor. They cleaned every day. They put coffee, cream, sugar and tea bags, as well as a bottle of water per person))). The rooms are cozy, clean, there are bathrobes and slippers. Balcony with an armchair. We took an extra bed for the child, the second child was supposed to sleep with us, but there was a couch near the window and we laid it there, it was very convenient. Towels were also changed every day. In general, if something was needed, we always agreed, with gestures, a little in Russian, a little in English. They are very responsive and immediately try to help.Wi-Fi in one room was excellent and our grandmother watched TV series)). We had the last number 320, right to the road and we didn't have Internet at all. It's not really needed,)))
There are several bicycles at the reception, the rental is free, you just need to ask for a seat belt to fasten it at the sea or at the store. 10 minutes walk to the sea. The local tuk-tuk was also seen, but not used. There are no sun beds and umbrellas on the sea. Umbrellas are available in the rooms and are large enough to take them. There is a small park in front of the sea and on its outskirts, many people hid from the sun under the foliage. If you reach the sea, turn left and walk for another 5 minutes, there will be many cafes, massage parlors, shops, and there will be paid sun beds and umbrellas on the sea. Where the cafe is clean sand, they always clean up the nearby area. You can eat anywhere and always, the question is the price. In the cafe it is a little more expensive, in the arriving motorcycle-wheelbarrows cheaper. The quality is excellent, in two weeks we have never heard from anyone that there were problems. Smoothies made from fresh mango, pineapple, papaya and other things are made with you. It is very tasty, a huge glass of 0.5 ml costs 50 baht (about 80 rubles). There are several exchangers nearby, the exchange rate is always different))). Large fish with vegetables in sweet and sour sauce 300 baht (800 rubles). You always have to bargain with them, there were a lot of us and they took a lot of food, they always bargained and they lowered the prices.
There are shops near the beach and near the hotel. There you can buy everything you need for children and adults and food-drinks and food.
There are massage parlors in front of the hotel. We did a full body massage with oil for 400 baht (1 hour) . We kneaded every bone, Sol and Ja did very well.
There is a large market behind the hotel, but it is not open every day. They appear in the evening. There is a lot of choice. A lot of T-shirts and shorts (100 baht). A lot of fruits, different, I haven't even tasted half of them! Mango costs 1kg- 40-50 baht. Pineapple is peeled, very large and juicy - 55 baht. There are a lot of Thai food on the market that is prepared in front of you. There are some souvenirs.
The hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, I was afraid that there would be noise from airplanes, but no, I couldn't hear anything. But on Iora it is very beautiful to watch them land and take off.
It rained almost every day, but in the evening. It didn't bother us, we swam in the rain and walked(the impudent Thais, seeing us walking in the rain, stopped their motorcycle and put two raincoats on my dazed children). The rains are warm and after them it is also hot again. Again, there are umbrellas in the rooms and at the reception.
There are many Russians in the hotel, many with babies, strollers, as well as many Germans.
We really liked the hotel, I would return there without hesitation, I recommend it!

A good hotel near the airport (there is a special plus in this), it is not crowded with tourists, the only thing is that there is a noisy road next to the hotel and a market passes every other day, which can be noisy for kids. The hotel itself is very clean, stunning green area, positive staff, all friendly, unobtrusive. As for me, the breakfasts are delicious, but not too diverse, my husband was tired at the end of the vacation, but I'm fine, so it's all individual. There is a small children's playroom, but you can take the child. The gym is small, as it seemed to me, but still there. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was replenished regularly, the floors were washed every day. We lived in room 413, with a view of the pool, unfortunately, there was only one armchair on the balcony, but we also put a chair and a bedside table and sat in the evenings with my husband. There is also a small dryer on the balcony, but we also hung things on chairs to dry, because there was not enough of it. In general, I really liked the hotel, I can recommend it if the disadvantages that I described are not critical for you. Walk 450 meters along the road to the sea. And don't get fooled by collecting money in the park, if you go to the right in front of the beach itself, we went a little to the left and didn't pay anything! Nai Yang Beach (if I'm not mistaken) is very beautiful, I'm delighted, I liked it even more than Karon and Kata! The planes are also clearly visible!

Everyone wrote about the rooms and it's true, there is no place for clothes, the suitcases were not disassembled. There is a minimum of furniture. Smoking rooms on the 1st floor. Everything is clean.

The Proud Hotel is a private, family-run hotel! The owner is a woman, that's probably why everyone is so nice and helpful! We (2 adults and a child of 3 years old), vacationed from 20-30.12.2018, superior room. I will immediately write that all tour operators sell this hotel without additional charges.places for the child, that is, he should sleep in the same bed with you! Nonsense and nonsense! Each room has a niche, let's call it that!! They make an 80*170 bed there, so you understand that a child and an average adult can safely fit there! As for the proximity of the airport, I can't hear ANYTHING! Meals: breakfast 3-4 types of juice (packaged), fried eggs, omelet, 1 type of cheese, sausage, always rice, beans, national soup, lots of sweets, coffee, tea, I'll stop at baking!! There are just no words, I like desserts, cookies, and they all do it themselves! The best pastry chef! You all know that in Thailand, the problem is to feed a child, there are no soups, coconut milk is added everywhere or the taste is not comparable to baby soups! So, at the hotel, we were happy to start cooking our Russian chicken soup (they taught us))) now it's on the menu - Russian chicken soup, so we recommend it!! To the beach: if we are talking about an equipped beach with sun beds and umbrellas, then it is a 5-7-minute walk, and if you are ready to lie on a towel and sand, then it is 2-3 minutes! There are 2 7-Eleven shops near the hotel! There are free beach towels, changed daily! Taxis are expensive. For their own convenience, they rented a car for the whole vacation. On the recommendation of friends, we took orange car phuket (enter it in Google, we booked directly on the Internet). By the way, they gave me a car with a child car seat without any questions. Friends, it's cool to travel around on your own. Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the local grocery market is open (shrimp, fish, sweets, fruits, and even Clothes are here), everything is much cheaper! They will be able to cook the shrimp you bought at the hotel, the average cost is 120 baht per 1 kg of shrimp! I used the services of the spa, it's expensive! I must say right away, in front of the hotel, it is cheaper at times and not worse! As for the bathrobes and slippers, there are! There is a safe, free of charge! There are 2 bottles of water every day, and small cookies are placed for children (very cute and insanely pleasant)! Bottom line, I highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

A review about their cafe on the street. I liked the breakfast, but the DINNER is just disgusting! 1) bbq mix is not worth even half of your money 2) the food is not delicious cooked 3) the waiters did not warn about the 10% service fee for the entire check (which I saw for the first time in many years after Abkhazia) and also added a 7% tax, which is just wild for Thailand. I haven't been to any restaurant like this in 14 days of vacation. As a result, we didn't get any food or service, but we ate like lobster and crab.
