I sincerely recommend this studio! Kind and experienced coaches who explain everything clearly and help, which is very convenient for beginners. After a workout, you can relax with tea, as well as attend massage or atmospheric events and psychological lectures in the studio. I've been going to yoga for a year and a half, I've been working freelance after giving birth, I've had problems with my posture and spine.
Yoga therapy classes just saved my life!! The atmosphere, the service, the administrators are just wonderful!!
I also love the spa here, I try to go a couple of times a month

TLDR:
1) Take care of your back, and therefore, IN CASE OF PAINFUL SENSATIONS DURING EXERCISES, EITHER DO NOT DO THEM IN GENERAL, OR DO THEM VERY, VERY CAREFULLY (because in any case, you will have to deal with the consequences, not the coach).
2) MANY THANKS to IRINA ARKHAMOVICH for the fact that in just one lesson I cured my lower back due to pain in which 3 days before the lesson I already started sleeping on the floor (but even this did not help, as before)!
3) FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM LOWER BACK PAIN - TRY TO GO TO A TRIAL SESSION AT LEAST ONCE FOR ONLY 35 BYN, because this is a penny payment for the potential opportunity to live enjoying life without back pain!
A review that is about 2-3 months late, which I can't help but write in order to somehow express my gratitude to Irina Arkhamovich, with whom I attended a Yoga class: A Healthy Back.
I hope Irina will not be fired after him, for too effective classes, when after the first trial there is simply no need to continue them further))
# Disliked and alerted
I'll start with the negative, namely, what I didn't like and alerted.
During the lesson, some (seemingly very young and inexperienced) girls complained of back pain, but Irina insisted on continuing to perform exercises "through pain."
As far as I know, any exercises "through pain", especially with a sore back, are very dangerous.
In this regard, I want to remind everyone: TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY!
Despite any authorities (in the form of coaches or doctors) IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR BODY IS NOT WELL, THEN IT IS BETTER NOT TO DO THIS, so as not to make it worse. Either do it, but VERY, VERY CAREFULLY AND CAREFULLY!
Always remember that IN CASE OF ANYTHING, IN THE END YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES YOURSELF, not the coach or the doctor.
BTW, a friend, thanks to whom I got to the class, had back pain after the class (in the thoracic region), which passed only after a few days of independent study.
It is possible that this is due to the fact that she was a little late, and began to perform more complex exercises without the initial relaxation exercises that we performed at the very beginning of the lesson.

Now for the good, which is why my conscience tormented me, from the fact that for more than 2 months I have not found time to write a review as a sign of gratitude, and now I have finally decided to do it.
The condition of my spine is not the healthiest, because it was because of my back about 15 years ago that I was not drafted into the army after completing my studies, because I have scoliosis in 2 or 3 places and protrusions (possibly hernias, I don't remember exactly, but to look for the results of examinations from the military enlistment office is lazy).
A few months before attending the class, my lower back tension began to increase and this began to be accompanied by "aching" pain and stiffness of movements.
A few days before the class, things got even worse, and I even stopped finding comfortable sleeping positions (lying on my stomach, resting my pelvic bones on a hill), which used to help me get rid of lower back pain overnight.
I came to the class "for company" with a friend, thanks to whom I generally learned about ProYoga, and that there are yoga classes for the back in general.
It was because of the pain in the lower back that I had thoughts of "merging" and not going to class, because I was afraid that I would not be able to perform exercises properly at the class itself (because of the pain). I was also afraid that I might inadvertently make things worse during the exercises, and therefore it would be better to come to class when the lower back is in a more "working" condition.
I myself was initially quite skeptical about the idea of treating my back in yoga classes and went to class just to see what it was all about and at least not make it worse than it is now back.
In the end, I still came and IN JUST ONE LESSON I LOST MY LOWER BACK PAIN (which I couldn't get rid of for several weeks and was already planning to make an appointment with a doctor at the clinic)!
I couldn't even imagine that it was possible to get rid of a problem that prevented me from living for several months in just one lesson for 35 BYN!
Therefore, I sincerely advise everyone who suffers from lower back pain and who has not yet tried yoga for the back to at least try to go to one class.
Initially, I thought that I had some kind of short-term effect and after a couple of hours my lower back would start to hurt again. But in the end, even though immediately after the lesson and for several days after, I walked a lot of time with a rather heavy backpack (I couldn't sit still and enjoy walking without discomfort and lower back pain in any way), my back never hurt. As a result, it has already been more than 2 months, but the lower back still does not hurt!
I just see it as some kind of MIRACLE!
As soon as the pain in the lower back disappeared, 20% more additional energy appeared and many times more joy in life!
And I even WENT TO A BOXING CLASS (as long as I can move freely), even though I was in the gym for the last time about 6 years ago!
In the early days, when I walked for days with a heavy backpack on my shoulders and my back did not hurt, I thought to take a subscription and walk for at least a month to "consolidate" the effect and to learn how to work with my back on my own.
But in the end, I never went at all anymore, because I'm afraid to accidentally break what is already working))
But I know exactly where and to whom I will go first if my lower back starts bothering me again!
And finally, I want to add that the place itself is made very beautifully and aesthetically. There is order and cleanliness everywhere, so it is very pleasant to be there.
