Decided to book to visit the museums and church nearby, worst decision I could have made. Booked two rooms, got a family room with “two small rooms” for the same price as two standard room. Instantly called reception and said they cannot do anything. From 20:00 to 22.40 they had super loud music in the lobby that you can listen in your room, impossible to sleep or even watch television, again staff couldn’t do anything. In the morning, smell from restaurant could be heavily smell in both the rooms. There was no single apology from the staff except suggestion to upgrade our room for ADDITIONAL 11,000₽ per night (this is to the 4th floor which would probably have the same issues, or to leave the hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I had, probably ever.
