We chose your complex on the recommendation of friends, we wanted to give a certificate with accommodation, aqua zone and breakfasts to a colleague as a wedding gift. Having previously clarified with the administrator (I did not specify the name of this lovely girl) on the phone about the possibility of issuing a certificate, I received an answer that it was necessary to come and make a payment. And they will definitely come up with something with the certificate. A day later, before going to the complex with the payment, I previously called the administrator again, where I met Andrey, who very categorically replied that he would not do the certificate (they do not have such a form, form, etc.). We even offered to make a certificate ourselves, prescribe all the conditions, send them an email, and in return asked them to print it out and put the signature or seal of the administrator, as confirmation of all the conditions and payment. There were many excuses in response to this proposal in the style of "there is nowhere to print, no one will sign, and we do not put seals on other people's letterheads." They say, come, pay, and give a postcard where you will write everything yourself. Of course, we were not satisfied with this option, because there is no guarantee that our colleague will then be settled with such a postcard.
When choosing your complex, we relied on the recommendations of a large number of positive reviews. Unfortunately, I have to spoil your good reputation with my negative feedback, due to Andrei's boorish attitude, because at the end of the conversation he also hung up on emotions. Alas, the desire to relax in your complex has disappeared from our entire team. We wish you good customers and equally good employees.
