I came to pick up my residence permit, there is a sign to enter the entrance from the right side of the building.From this branch, they were delivered home, the courier allegedly at 13:05 , was with us and called on the phone , although in fact this did not happen, my husband and I were alone at home at that moment, no one called us and no one came. We live in a closed sieve, they like to use this scheme supposedly you are not at home then they take you back to the department, if you don't have time to pick up there, then they transfer you to the GECH!
