They have a delivery to the address, but for obvious reasons they come and immediately leave, then they tell the department at home that supposedly no one is at home. An interesting excuse.

The local post office. Convenient, friendly and fast. All questions and problems are solved by only 2 employees. And the delivery of correspondence in cash, and the issuance and acceptance of an ATM, and you can pay for everything, buy everything at the municipal and social level of services.

I bought postcards here to send to Russia. Even without knowledge of the language, they understood almost immediately what I wanted. In the context of the pandemic, there are currently no waiting seats in the department.
