A very inconvenient PSC. Apparently due to the lack of people, the guy at the reception gives out coupons and serves them in parallel. The issues take a long time to resolve. If there is a choice and a similar service is provided to, say, Turan, then it is better to go there.

The PSC is like a PSC, the room is cramped, there are a lot of people. Exit and entrance through the same door, respectively, pandemonium. Why can't they make the payment immediately from the operator and have to go to the Bank branch? After all, there is a payment on the mobile application. Sometimes they require copies of documents, and this is strange in the age of digitalization.
