An ordinary PSC, some employees do not know their job, sometimes the queues are long, in general I go only when necessary.

PSC staff at 81/2 Zhambyl Street they are very friendly, responsible, and polite. I have repeatedly addressed them and not with any oblique eyes. People, why are you so angry, they do not work with one person ....., do not stoop to the bazaar woman. P.S. And I wish the PSC staff health and patience.

I have repeatedly contacted the PSC at this address as a trusted person and each time I was faced with incompetence, boorish attitude and thirst for profit. They refused to accept an application for an IIN, they insisted that the service costs 4,000 tenge. Moreover, the management is aware of this outrage. The application was accepted only after my call to the contact center at 1414.
