I really liked the work of the PSC staff. Everyone is friendly. The documents for the car were processed, everything was done promptly, a competent employee, polite. The only thing is that the day coincided when the mopeds were registered, so the queue is huge, because people themselves leave everything at the last moment.
The PSC looks like an old Soviet hotel, and the service is awfully long. On Saturday, we waited 1.5 hours to register for the exam, the registration itself took 2 minutes. It's not clear why 20 people were served for 1.5 hours... you're standing in line for a ticket to get in line for a service... also add a queue to enter the PSC and a queue to get out of it! Government services are getting worse and worse every day... there is no time management. Experts are sitting on the ceiling spitting, and others get up every 2 minutes to walk around the hall and ask questions... if hell exists, then after the PSC it will seem to run!
The PSC is working properly! There are really a lot of people at certain hours of the day. It is better to arrive 15 minutes before the opening.
At 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the service rate in the operating room for obtaining/replacing a driver's license was 100 coupons in 1.5 hours.
I find it acceptable!
The winning CRN. They don't want to work at all. The sight was being designed. The reconciliation was completed in 10 minutes. Everything is fast and smooth. We couldn't get numbers from 11 a.m. to 7:40 p.m...Until I went up to the girls at the check-out once again, and she went and found our numbers on her own...but as you approach, they turn away and don't want to listen...tongues wagging. And we were with a child.
A huge, very dirty PSC. The toilets are dirty, they smell bad, and there is dust. The waiting area at the racetrack turns into a dumpster in the summer, because the queues are huge, the bins are small and the packages from the drunk and eaten are lying underfoot. Queues, long waiting for exams, the database is hanging, the racetrack itself is in the hands of private owners, they do what they want. The clip-on dogs are glad that they are not offended here on the territory.
I bought a car and went to the car dealership on Saturday. The first stage, where it was necessary to hand over the old numbers and the registration certificate, passed, although with a long queue, but successfully. But the second stage was getting new numbers and a registration certificate, it was a nightmare for almost 3 hours. I do not understand the principle of operation when issuing numbers and registration certificates, it seems that we live in the age of automation, but it was like I found myself in the Stone Age. Several employees take out the manufactured plates and registration plates and shout the names into the crowd, into the crowd "Karl"! The whole crowd tries to stand closer to the delivery table so as not to miss the happy moment of delivery. At the same time, many employees actually issue numbers and registration certificates under an "honest name", i.e. without checking the documents of the person they are handing over to. But some still ask to show their ID. I do not understand the principle of production, noting that those who came much later than me have long received numbers and left, but they still do not call my last name. I tried twice to draw the attention of the staff to this, but they just shrug their shoulders and say that people wait 2-3 hours for their rooms. Why??? I still don't understand why, some people get numbers within 10-15 minutes, while others wait 2-3 hours. Why??? And only after the end of their working day (on Saturday, the car dealership works for 13 hours), almost 3 hours later, when there were already several dozen people left, after another appeal to an employee who (thanks to him for this) took a pack of ready-made technical passports from the table, searched in it for a minute, found in it mine, and I was able to get my numbers and registration certificate in a minute! That is, my number and registration certificate were ready for a long time, but for some reason no one noticed them and did not give out so much time! Why???!!! The only thanks I want to say is that despite the fact that they work until 13 o'clock on Saturday, but the issuance continues, I understood it until the "last" client, since I received my numbers after 14 o'clock.
I was arranging a car here and got into the earthquake on March 4, 2024 at the moment when my last name was called. I took the documents. I saw the evacuation. Everything is coordinated and professional! The building has survived! I recommend you to visit!
I've been to the dealership 2 times when I was getting my car and license issued. You can take the law, theory and practice in principle if you have a good day. You can quickly re-register the car if the base (as always) is working normally and does not freeze or drive.
A good PSC, despite the pads like program freezes, etc. I remember the time when I was standing alone in an open field))), and now I'm stuck with houses and a school.Large, convenient parking.
I sat in front of 22 people for an hour, and my ticket didn't appear on the monitor. I had to re-take the ticket and wait for another 34 people, what the hell for the service..... IT'S A COMPLETE MESS...
Everything is very fast and high quality. And most importantly on time. Everything is well thought out. A wonderful place for a comfort zone, comfortable chairs, according to the banner at the entrance it is immediately clear where to go, it is very convenient.
Everything is great. I made a purchase through Caspi, arrived and received new numbers and a technical passport in 15 minutes. The young guys are working just fine.
Only here you can come a day later after the documents and numbers are ready and still wait in line for at least an hour!!!!!! How is this even possible?!?!?
Normal. I was getting my driver's license. There were no major problems. But for some reason, there was a delay of more than an hour for the theory exam.
Are those who write good reviews bots? It's just that the place is really terrible and unintended.
There are huge queues, the bases are always closed, and employees practically sleep at work.
An imitation of violent activity by eye, the perfect place to understand what it is.
Those who are coming here, immediately know that you will definitely lose the whole day here.
It took an awfully long time to get that passport and number. They don't know how to work as a manager, there is no principle of work, no one is in control
Terrible queues. It takes 3 separate queues to defend in order to reach the cherished one piece of paper. And allocate 3 days as a minimum. A huge stream of people. The center is simply overloaded. There are only 10 computers for such a huge flow of people. 9 of them are only workers. Exams are actually taken at the 7th-8th
At the exam, they do not warn about non-working parking lots on the side closer to the finish line
For this, 100 points at once . Why should I be responsible for their non-functioning parking lots?
It is clear that they are trying to convert as many services as possible into digital format, thank you very much for this! But there is always something that needs to be improved. I recently reissued my driver's license, I did it through the Caspi app. And the point of issue was indicated by this PSC. So the signs in the PSC itself are a little confused. On the ground floor, as soon as you enter, there is a sign "Issuance of documents". Only these are not my cases, my document is issued on the second floor. I go there, and there is again a sign "Issuance of documents. Kaspi. Halyk" but again not there, they issue certificates there... In general, from the third time I found the department I needed. But in general, everything is fast. In total, I spent 10-15 minutes in the PSC.
An excellent center that relieved the MREO very well and significantly accelerated the passage of all procedures related to cars. The renewal is carried out as soon as possible. However, there are a couple of points that I would like to fix. First, the qualifications of the staff may not always answer the question correctly. Secondly, the working time, which for some reason was reduced. But we must pay tribute, even after the end of the working day, we were served and completed the re-registration that had begun.
Everything is fine, there is a large Parking lot, there is almost no queue only for issuing numbers, the staff are all competent, polite. A little spoils the overall picture (helpers) and insurance agents
Excellent Thanks ❤ everything is available quickly reacted everything inside and photo 3/4 instantly, health certificate, payment cashier, registration waiting time. In one word, full comfort and service for 5 👍
Eh...I've been there 2 times already, mechanics. The car is normal, a bad dancer ..., just switched to the yellow square, (and turn on the rear stake on the curb). The green color doesn't fade there. Guys, for those who rent fur, learn how to move cleanly without gas, otherwise everyone blames the car, and the car is new. Well, I passed the license 3 times. If you haven't passed, it means it's too early. Seriously, my first and third I learned to drive so well. Of course, if you can drive, then you will pass
I went with my son to take the driver's license exam. From 9.30 am, you sit until you are called by your last name until 13.30 h, the second time until 14.45, although there is a reservation for 10.30. . It costs 10 computers, but for some reason 3-4 people are sitting.
Introducing the PSC, the first thing that comes to mind is not the most friendly staff, long queues and a lot of problems. I also thought about this PSC, but fortunately I was not quite right. I personally found the staff quite pleasant and responsive, the queues moved quite quickly, which means you won't lose a lot of time there (if you're lucky). Yes, there are disadvantages, for example, the base, it is not very stable, and it is because of it that queues can arise. And there is the most important disadvantage that does not relate to the work of the PSC, this is its location. It is very far away and let's say a taxi from there to the city will cost you a lot of money, especially if we talk about peak hour. But in general, summing up, the PSC is not bad, there is a toilet and a buffet)
Hello. Yes, by chance I went there on Thursday. The impressions were good. A large, spacious, bright room. There are places where you can sit and while away the wait by buying coffee and other drinks, have a snack. Waiting for your turn. Convenient location, large Parking lot. I liked.
Good evening)
It would be just great if there were these three things:
1) the service is removed/delivered with accelerated registration for an additional fee.payment;
2) refilled the ink in the printer on the printout of tickets;
3) put a monitor at the entrance to the hall where the operators are sitting. Now the monitors are hanging anywhere but in front of the entrance to the hall.
And one point, purely for the convenience of the rich, is to put up a counter with cool numbers and prices for them.
Otherwise, everything is just great.
A great place only inside the building there are intermediaries who, for simple work that you can do yourself, will outrage money with the words I will do it faster in fact, the same thing will happen
I had to go here on Saturday, because of all the car dealerships, only this one works on Saturdays.
There is a very long queue, I sat for 2 hours, but after handing over the documents, the technical passport was issued quickly, so 4 stars.

I always go only to this PSC. Although there are a lot of people, it still passes quickly.
All services are automated, the waiting time for an essay is about 14-20. It took 7-10 minutes to de-register cars. The training of a technical passport with a report (the technical passport has been removed from the register) takes 15-20 minutes. The quality of the work is good.
All services are automated, the waiting time in the queue is about 14-20.the service for removing the car from registration lasted 7-10 minutes. The waiting time for a technical passport with a hole (technical passport with registration) is 15-20 minutes. The quality of the work is good.
I changed my license again. Everything was done very quickly, despite the fact that Caspi qr did not work for them and only one cash register worked. The regulars say that this is done specifically so that people pay a commission to the bank... I changed my license in a little over an hour.
After receiving the ticket, the wait is only 15-20 minutes. There is a payment immediately via QR.
Of the cons, a little indistinct waiting for documents, numbers for 60-90 minutes, waiting for your last name to be announced.
It works like a well-established mechanism. Competent staff from the reception desk, understand the visitor at a glance, consult and send them exactly to the performer. Employees work quickly and accurately. The only drawback is a bunch of intrusive helpers and a problem with parking on the territory of the car dealership.
