In general, of course, it's good when you can come and quickly process the necessary documents within an hour, but as for the quality of service, there is a lot to strive for. Sometimes you have to wait several hours to get a state number. Can you do something about it?

Terrible PSC the staff are all arrogant rude and uncooperative the service is zero, they can only rudely communicate with customers and aggravate the situation

One of the worst PSC's I've been going to it since 2018, the staff always raises the tone, I've never received a single document without problems, although there are polite ones, well, there are a few. And the head of the Registry Office Kulzhabayeva Gulzhauhar Kuandykovna is not competent in her work and is very nervous and rude! In place of the head, I would like to see more competent, sociable and stress-resistant managers!
