Of course, they refused that RAGS, since the foreigner's husband does not have an IIN. This is despite the fact that a PSC employee called someone and consulted. Not only does he not know himself, but they are also being advised incorrectly. Well, in that PSC on A. Imanov, they said everything clearly about the case.

I came to do an IIN. It all started with the requirement to pay 4,500 tenge for registration. I said that I know that it is issued for free. They gave me a ticket and made an application. I come in a day to pick it up ready, they send it to the reception without a ticket. The employee informs me that he will not accept without a ticket, the reception informs that they cannot issue a ticket because I do not have an IIN! And you can't figure out your system without swearing?! I'm not the first person who draws up an IIN with you, since you've already come up with bribes for this?!
