How many times I applied, everything was fine. But for the second day I have been faced with incompetence and rudeness! Yesterday, the woman in window 20 was rude to me and didn't really explain anything. And today, a young cameraman named Marzhan (unfortunately, I don't know the last name) behaved just ugly! She was freaking out, raising her voice, twitching all the time, and in conclusion she said: "Go here and do your paperwork at our expense!" I believe that such inadequate and hysterical people should not work in the PSC!
